the hotel is very close to the center of cavtat, and the views are magnificant. the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and even accepted us in the middle of the night (3 AM ) when no one else would. we liked breakfest on the little pool and the room was functional and had everything we needed. spotless clean with alot of room. we will definitly stay again when we come back to croatia.

Welcoming,friendly staff. Airport collection great. Food lovely. Desirable location close to local bus stop. Did not want to leave!

It is located very near the airport. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice. The free airport transfer was handy.

A lot of things unfortunately. We had booked a de luxe room but only got a standard room. The flight path for the airport goes right overhead and is very noisy. On the first day we got there, the people in the room next to us banged on the wall to turn our tv down, so unfortunately I wouldn't say I had a relaxing time there, considering what we paid.

Staff were very frinedly; Breakfast had good variety; Very clean with pleasant pool/breakfast area and comfortable living room area; Nice quiet place to relax; Free internet; Close to Dubrovnik bus stop;

* A fixed time pick-up from the village would have been useful - taxi's were never available; *Would be good to have a fridge in each room for drinks * We were put in room the was only accessible by two flights of stairs. We did move rooms but there should have been more consideration given we had a small child and the hotel was not full; * Not clear how balconies with seaviews were allocated

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The mgr picked me up and dropped me off at the airport for no charge was a big plus. The pool was great, the closeness to town good, and the hotel was beautifully kept up. Felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was great too.

Position of the hotel was fab. Staff very friendly and helpful

This was not really a hotel , more of a bed and breakfast. No cafe, or food available duing the day or evening. Hairdryers not in rooms, Pool extremely small and needed cleaning more regularly.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The plunge pool was a welcome relief after a day's sightseeing in Dubrovnik in temperatures of 30 degrees.

Staff friendly and accommodating and partial sea views from room excellent.

The literature said 300m from sea but did not mention the very steep hill one had to climb to get there. Room adequate but lacked an essential refrigerator; furnishings basic. Breakfast adequate but otherwise the bar/pool area did not seem to function much. Pool very small - only 2 sunbeds evident. No sign of any evening catering but perhaps meals were available on request.

Great town, owners and house.

If I have to say something is the short hill you have to climb from the town centre.
