30second walk to Zagreb Glavni
Great location, good clean comfortable Hotel. Staff very polite.
Lights went out a couple of times but sockets were still working.
Everything, all ways ready to help very very clean the place to be.
Good location. Good customer service.
The rooms smell like an English pub. They do not separate smoker and non-smoker rooms. All rooms has ashtrays, hence they smell strong cigarette.
- position of facility - great breakfast - reception promptness to solve situations
- heathing in room was a bit higher then usual
Breakfast was very good
WiFi was very poor. I wasn't able to receive or send emails from my tablet. I had to use the hotels' computer available to guests on the 3rd floor.
with tram 6 you can reach ...train station...bus station....center...etc.
Trams keeps a lot of noise
Close to railway staion
Room was filthy, empty drink bottles and rubbish behind the desk. Room smelt of stall smoke
Noise of trams
We booked non-smoking rooms, but when we got there the rooms reaked of sigarett smoke. There was ashtrays in the rooms. So we asked to change to no-smoking rooms. But we where just told: " Just don't smoke your room, if you don't want too..." In a rather rude tone. (Regardless of what other people had done in the room before us) Basically this hotel do not have no-smoking rooms! Bathrooms were very worn. The knob on the toilet was replaced with a plastic bottle cap...
short walking distance from the train station, next to numerous trams, and taxi stand. walking distance to old town. 100 kunas taxi ride to airport 17 km away. all we met very helpful and speak english.
location is excelent. good breakfast.
The location. Bang in front of the railway station, you will be tempted to book here if you arrive late at night or leave early by train. The breakfast is reasonable.
Way overpriced for what they are. They don't even have a restaurant. The staff seems to think this is a military barracks. A few smiles will not harm them. We had specifically asked for a room with three single beds, but given one with a double and a single. You will have plenty of good alternatives in Zagreb.
Just cross the street from the train station, it is ideal for train travelers. Very friendly and helpful staff, much impressed! Breakfast is very satisfying!
The first night the room is a little noisy facing the street, when changed to the room facing the courtyard, it was very nice and quiet.
excellant location by train station, good breakfast.
Wi-Fi would'nt work in room. However, hotel had free computer available on first floor with very high speed access.
This is a proper hotel with a decent amount of wardrobe space and a well appointed en-suite. The WiFi worked faultlessly. Reception staff were very helpful and the location, so close to the railway station and central park, could not be better.
Breakfast was uninspiring - supermarket own-brand cereals and long-life fruit juice, though the yoghurts, bread rolls and hot food were nice.
Free WiFi, Convinient location in front of railway station. Good Breakfast.
Location as it is very near to the train station. Breakfast is alright.
The room is dim.
The hotel was convenient to the train station and to the upper and lower sections of Zagreb which we thoroughly enjoyed.
This was the only hotel we stayed in during a month long visit of Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia where the staff was non-communicative to the point of being rude. The twin beds in our room were very uncomfortable.
Across the street from train station. Easy to get to catch a morning train. You pay for convenience.
A little worn. Air smelled stale in the room.
The location was good for rail transport- just across the road from the railway station and tram and very close to a shopping area. Clean comfortable carpeted rooms although not very big but OK for a few nights. Bathroom was a good size. Would certainly stay again.
Not much in the way of places to eat in the immediate vicinity, but you just need to walk 5 or 10 minutes. No big problem.
Clean. Well appointed. Excellent breakfast. Good location. Overall good value
A bit impersonal, but no worse than most big city hotels. WiFi a bit patchy.
Fair breakfast, noise from tram (ends and 23:00 and starts at 4:00 o'clock in the morning) - could be an inconvenient for deep sleep.
Location, convenience ,excellent breakfast
A little dated
