Very well located, near central train station, near central bus station and near city center. A better internet service should be provided. |

I did like the proximity of the hotel being in the city and close to the rail, bus and tram stations. For English speaking people it is a task to get to know the way but one get used to it. Though I booked a single occupancy room, I did not expect the room to be so small (the size of the room was same as the bathroom). Another good point is that the place felt safe. I wish there were staff who could understand english. |

The hotel is located very near the train station. Hotel staff was unfriendly and generally unhelpful with directions and recommendations. (We needed help with directions to Hertz office and recommendation for a place to eat). Rooms are spacious, bathroom spacious and functional. Rooms are quiet. Has elevator. Breakfast excellent. Generally overpriced considering other places we have stayed on this trip (Zagreb, Belgrade, Sofia, Istanbul). |

Location. It was conveniently located in close vecinity of the place where the conference I attended was held. Room was really small; poorly furnished, and due to location very noisy. Also, the staff was less hostitable and supportive than I'd expected. |

The location is unbeatable for a city stay, and the staff are unphased by late arrivals occasioned by delayed trains. The amenities of the hotel (including wireless internet connection) create a very comfortable environment. The bed linens are of particularly high quality, and the extensive buffet breakfast provides a great start to the day. The in-room wireless connection was somewhat unreliable; this was more an inconvenience than a problem for us, as access from the lobby always worked well. |

Excellent arrangement (the centre, 150 metres to railway station), clean rooms, a normal breakfast. The bar in hotel works only till 24 o'clock, noise from trams if windows leave on main street. |

Very reasonable three-star hotel - clean, nice room, Internet in the room, decent breakfast. New furniture, warm. I had to ask about some services (like breakfast and Internet), Typically they tell you themselves |
