Arrived on the overnight train from Munich and my room was available straight away.Location opposite railway station with local transport. Staff excellent.If I return to Zagreb would try to stay there again. |

Our room was on the main street,so too noisy when the window was open. And air conditioner was so loud,and it bothered our sleep. We asked a wake up call. but they missed. |

Clean, cozy room. Free internet for my laptop using a cable the reception provided. Because I arrived very early (11 a.m.) was able to get quiet room on interior courtyard, not on busy streets on two sides of hotel. Generous breakfast buffet. When I cancelled an additional night I had reserved by internet, desk man could not give me a cancellation number to prove I had cancelled on time. Television of neighbor audible through wall until 1 a.m. Instead of letting you hang up clothes side-by-side, shallow closet makes you reach around clothes hanging in front to reach those in back. |

Convenient location. The hotel seems to rely on its location as the main selling point. There is nothing specifically wrong, but the interior is rather drab and tired-looking considering that the hotel is not particularly cheap. |

I was able to use a computer to print out our boarding passes for a flight the following morning. It's location across from the train station makes it very noisy if your room fronts on the stree. |

Close the train station and an easy walk to the old town. We were given a room with small windows at the ceiling. It looked as if it was designed as a storage room and converted to an hotel room. As the hotel was full we had to take it but it was unpleasant and expensive. Soundproofing was poor. |

Very close to the train station, breakfast buffet Hotel really needs an update of its facilities. Rooms, toilets and facilities look old and sometimes worn off. Our room had 2 columns right in the middle. Poor value-for-money, like most hotels in Zagreb. We were able to park in front of the hotel, but this was mostly because of luck |
