Location was good for visiting Dubrovnik city. Yep, it was expensive considering the quality of food and it lacked any customer service in the dinning hall. We had full board because it was sold as this rate only however there was zero service. sometimes we had to lay our own table! and wait a long time for a table to be free when managers were standing there. However the check in staff were helpful at reception. We had a garden view without a garden! and no balcony.however swimming pools were good standard. |

Very nice and helpful staff. Good pool. Nice beach near the hotel. No nightlife. Poor shopping possibilities. Long way to the old town. |

You could use pool and the beach easily. Staff was on good level, they were professional. And the animation team is there if you want to be more active. |

The pool was awesome, and there is a great beach only 150m away. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. |

Perfect and fantastic. If the hotel provides shuttle-bus to Stari-Grad, it would be big help for us although bus-stop is close. And the slope between hotel entrance and public road is steep. |

most of the staff was rude, there was no music playing at the pool, when you wanted a pool side drink people had to go find the bar keep. |

Tengerpert közelsége, sport programok biztosítása, étkezés minősége, gazdag választéka, Jó közlekedés az Óvárosba. Ráférne egy tisztasági festés, a folyosón padlószőnyeg tsztítása, vagy cseréje. |

Proximité de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik ( bus tous les 1/4 d'heure, env 10mn de trajet) et du port de Gruz ( départs pour les îles). Belle piscine ( non chauffée!) avec transats. Amabilité du personnel de l'hôtel. Bon buffet, terrasse agréable pour les repas. Concerts en live tous les 2 soirs. Beau jardin mais bâtiments quelconques. Pas de changement de linge pendant les 5 jours où nous y étions, ménage très succint! Les chambres prestiges ont vue sur mer pais pas de balcon! ( en supplément). Cet hôtel est un hôtel-club et est donc un lieu plutôt fermé. |

Cadre verdoyant, grande piscine idéaale pour enfants, proximité et accessibilité "old Dubrovnik", buffet, vue de la chambre, animation. Bruit audible des chambres "vue mer" lors des animantions (jusqu'à 24h00). |

Su proximidad a la playa, la tranquilidad, la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Queda un poco apartado y es necesario transporte o coche para desplazarse del hotel a otros puntos de la ciudad. |

La vicinanza al mare, anche se lo stesso non offriva nessun servizio spiaggia, nonchè la sua discreta vicinanza (4km) dal centro storico della Città. le stanze troppo piccole con il televisione sopra il comodino del letto e quindi in una posizione molto scomoda per la visione. La pulizia delle stanza a volte un pò superficiale (credo dipendesse da chi effettuava il servizio). In ultimo lo staff si è dimostrato in generale poco cordiale e mai sorridente! |

Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta, uima-allasosasto ihana, sopii lapsiperheille. Joka ilta ilmaista ohjelmaa, hyväntasoisia bändejä, esityksiä, mm. mamma mia musikaali. Kauniit maisemat. Rannat ovat kivikkoiset, tosin uima-allas pelasti. Hotellihuone siisti, mutta aika normaalin kokoinen ja ei parveketta. |
