Perfect and fantastic. If the hotel provides shuttle-bus to Stari-Grad, it would be big help for us although bus-stop is close. And the slope between hotel entrance and public road is steep. |

most of the staff was rude, there was no music playing at the pool, when you wanted a pool side drink people had to go find the bar keep. |

The food, the staff, the pool, the facilities The type of rooms.to small. The hotel is disposed mainly on horizontal plan. The rooms on extremity are to far awy from facilities. What I find unacceptablly:the fact that at the entrance there were letters missing for the name of teh hotel. If they don t respect tehmslves who they want to respect them? |

Easy to get in old town. Great swimming pool and very close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Really lovely relaxing place to stay. We asked for quiet room and we got it. But rooms close to the hotel restaurant and swimming pool might be noisy place to stay. |

Paljon aktiviteetteja, ei luksusta mutta mukavaa ja toimivaa, varsinkin lasten kanssa matkustettaessa. ÅPerhehuoneet påienehköjä mutta viihtyisiä ja toimivia, kylppärit juuri rempattu mukaviksi. Hyvä buffet-ruoka, tosin joka päivä samanlainen. All inclusive - turistitunnelma. E ole hotellin syytä, mutta kaipaan jotain autenttisempaa. |

Malgré la rénovation récente de l'hôtel, l'insonorisation des chambres n'a pas été refaite (simple vitrage, fenêtre qui ferme mal) et la musique de la piscine est parfois très nettement audible (voire agaçante) depuis la chambre. Donc attention aux soirées Disco au bord de la piscine qui prendront vite des airs de tapage nocturne si vous avez décidé de ne pas y aller. Mais pas de crainte: à minuit tout s'arrête. |

La propreté des chambres, le cadre et la situation géographique de l'hôtel. Le buffet, au bout d'une semaine on a l'impresion de manger toujours la même chose.Nous avions pris un supplément "vue mer", il fallait se pencher au balcon pour la voir, après discussion on a pu changer de chambre. Au bout de 3 jours est arrivé un groupe d'étudiants et là musique à fond jusqu'à 2h du matin, rires et interpellations d'un bâtiment à l'autre en hurlant. |

l'hotel est bien situé (5 min en voiture des resto, bars, de la vieille ville), chambres tres propres, belle salle de bain, et confort correct. Belle piscine. nous avions reservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, nous étions coté mer mais nous n'avons pas vu la mer !!! (rdc oblige ...) . Pas de poubelle ni de telephone dans la chambre : demande faite mais non suivie. Qualité des repas moyenne. |

子供を大事にしない、トラブルに対処できないホテル。もう二度と泊まりたくなりません。知人にも勧めない。マネージャーの態度はひどかった。 レセプションとマネージャーの対応の悪さが非常に不満です。 夜中に音楽がうるさくて眠れず、子供も眠れなかった。レセプションに音楽を止めるか、部屋を変えて欲しいと電話するが、今夜は朝４時までイベントで音楽は止められない、部屋も満室で無理と言われ交渉中に勝手に電話を切られた。再度電話、翌朝マネージャーに話すと言った。結局２時半まで眠れず、朝も遅く起きたので朝食に間に合わず、予定もだめになった。連絡がないのでまた電話、交渉して１泊分無料にしてもらったはずだったがチェックアウト時にできないと嘘をつかれた。飛行機の時間もありあまり交渉できなかった。マネージャーも時間がないのを知っていてわざと一連の態度をとったように思えた。結局全額支払った。ホテルのひどい態度にとても悔しく憤慨している。二度と使わないし知人にもすすめない。なぜそういう部屋をファミリールームに設定してあるのかわからない。 |

Ideale sfeer, lunch. De geboekte hotelkamer was niet volgens onze boeking via onze online boeking. Wij hadden een premium zeezicht gevraagd, en er werd ons een kamer met parkzicht aangeboden. Na enige discussie hebben wij dan toch een kamer met min of meer zeezicht bekomen. Ook de prijzen die U online booking vermelden stemmen niet overeen met de prijzen die ze vragen. Wij moeten een 30.00 euro meer betalen. |
