La amabilidad del personal del hotel y confort de las habitaciones.

A pesar de tratarse de un hotel de 4 estrellas no dispone de ascensor para subir el equipaje a las habitaciones y el personal del hotel no siempre está disponible para ayudar al traslado del mismo hasta la habitación. Por otro lado, si bien el horario del desayuno es de 07.00-11.00 h a primera hora no está preparado al completo todo el buffet.

Situación inmejorable, frente a un puerto deportivo y a 5 minutos andando de bonitas playas. El trato del personal excelente, el desayuno inmejorable y las habitaciones totalmente renovadas con una decoración muy acogedora y agradable, empleando materiales de primera calidad. Se trata de un hotel pequeño lo que le ofrece tranquilidad y un trato mas personalizado. La zona esta muy cerca del puerto de Makarska y cerca de Split, desde las cuales podras cojer ferrys a las islas.

La mayoría de habitaciones no disponen de vistas directas al mar, pero la calidad de las habitaciones y el hecho de estar frente al puerto hacen despreciable esta desventaja.

Lovely rooms, brekafast, staff and location. The beach is the same as all beaches in the area and is stones rather than sand however we swam in a few different beaches and Baska Voda had the warmest water. It would have been nice if the hotel lent guests cushions for the beach as it is not practical to buy them if only styaing for a couple of days and travelling by plane. Fantastic fine dining restaurant called Kings right next door.

They do not have parking and it costs 80km (over €10) per day to park a car in the public car park.

I liked the hotel room, it is really comfortable and well equipped.

We had a sea view room - the sea is not visible from the room. Also this side is oriented to a very noisy promenade. This side should be cheaper than the park view. But the hotel was not the biggest problem, it was really good, but Baska Voda as a destination is terrible - no place on the beach, a lot of people everywhere, very noisy, I didn´t like this destination, really. If you are looking for a quite place with a good possibility and access to the beach, don´t go there.

A bit difficult to find, not much of a sea-view as a big tree was blocking the view

Very kind staff, new decorated, fresh bed sheets, towels regulary changed, fine breakfast,location in the city centre, for children extra bed, extra chair at breakfast all arranged by very kind personell

Lunch or supper not possible, between 15 July and 1st of August too many turists occupy this preety old town, parking - reserve sooner ( had to park 300 m from hotel and still expensive)

We loved the hotel staff, we loved our rooms and the quiet atmosphere. 5 minutes of slow walking to the beach. Splendid near-by restaurant "King". The hotel looks 100 % like on photos. Never disappointed.

1. The hotel doesn't have the seaview rooms. From the windows of our room we could only see restaurant tables, a big tree and a road. but we had to pay for the "sea view". (the staff said you could see the sea in winter :)))) ) It's better to book rooms with terraces 2. there is no parking for the guests of the hotel. And the common city parking costs 10 Euro a day.

The hotel is new and nicely decorated. the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again on our way back down the coast. Baska Voda is also a nice little village setting. I write about this hotel and the area on my travel blog: http://travelthoughtseurope.blogspot.com/

B.miły i pomocny personel.Ładne i czyste,komfortowe pokoje.Cisza,spokój.Dobra lokalizacja w fajnej miejscowości.

Parking dodatkowo płatny na ulicy 20 metrów od hotelu.Śniadanie powinno być bardziej urozmaicone,z warzyw pomidor i ogórek to trochę za mało,żadnych sałatek,mały wybór serów,dżemów,pyszny chleb.Jak na cztery gwiazdki to za mało.

Sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und bieten einen guten Erholungswert. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit in jedem Belang. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und man kann seine Zeit dort nur genießen. Man merkt deutlich das alles neu ist und das ganze Hotel einen einheitlich schönen Eindruck vermittelt dabei aber den charm eines älteren Steingebäudes nicht vernichtet.

Das Frühstück hättte ein bischen mehr Vielfalt bieten können insgesamt aber auch sehr zufrieden stellend. Der meerblick wurde im Prinzip durch die Bäume verhindert. Die Mehrkosten dafür sind also nicht gerechtfertigt. Trotzdem ist auch der Blick aus dem Zimmer durch das grün sehr angenehm.
