Good cleaning every day good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff 10 minutes walk to Cavtat (center) children's room with plenty of toys

The service at the restaurant by the pool was disaster. Everything was focused on money and not service, ordered coffee, you pay extra for milk. I would buy a banana for my one-year old boy guess? It cost 17Euro/kilo! Crazy! Not flexible at all, we could not order small children serving pasta only adult portions. The spray dislike me! The dinner buffet was not worth the price, we ate it 3 times and it was tasteless and no variation Salt water in all three pool, not so fun for younger children ingen wi-fi på rummet, endast i receptionen (Obs 5 stjärnigt hotell)

Hotel comfort and no noise interruption late at night. Loved the saltwater pools. Hotel has it all in one location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fabulous views.Great breakfast with lots of choice and pleasant morning staff.

This is not a complaint about the actual hotel itself but rather the steep climb back up to the hotel after a visit to the village..some 129 steps in the heat is not fun but a good cardio work-out after a meal. I thought the night dinner prices in hotel could be a little more competitive in the midst of a recession and more people would stay and eat in the hotel at night and create a better night atmosphere. The quality of food was excellent in all restaurants.

Every aspect of this hotel was fantastic, the staff, the location, the view, the food, the room. We had a great experience throughout our stay, the staff were absolutely amazing and helped ensure we will always remember this visit.

We've stayed here many times in summer and just love this Hotel. Location is excellent and everything about the Hotel exudes class. Rooms and Staff are exceptional and we'd recommend this Hotel as the best place to stay in Cavtat,- in Summer

All the "Sea View" Rooms face south and get extremely hot during the day. Thanks to a superb Air Conditioning system - this in not a problem. However when we arrived on 25 Oct 2011 - with temp 24 c- the air conditioning had been switched off! We asked reception to turn it on , thinking we had a fault. The reception chap said, "Ve only hev heat awailable now - but you can open door to balcony....." With the temperature outside higher than 24 c that wasn't an option! So we spent the night in a hot stuffy room.... Not good.

Lovely location, excellant facilities. Breakfast was delicious, huge range. We had a room with a sea view, which was well worth it, beautiful sunsets each evening.

Pricey!!

The view from the sea view room was awsome and very comfortable. Staff extremely efficient and friendly especially the housekeeping staff. We eat in the Steak Restaurant while the food was excellent the service was extremely poor, we waited 15 minutes to order food and drink, waitress forgot we ordered a second bottle of wind/water and we had to go find her after another 15 minutes. There was around 4/5 staff on the floor but no structure on attending to tables totally hit and miss and I would point out that the restaurant was very quiet at the time. I do intend to stay there again.

Lazy beach boy - was not on the beach on time - we have been waiting for beach towels for two hours, worn out towels, no wi fi in the room

It was a nice location with great views and a lot of on-site amenities

The staff always seemed too busy - it took me over an hour just to reach someone to schedule a taxi. It also to several phone calls to get room service and they seemed uninterested as I approached the counter.

Excellent location and has it own naturist beach. A great place to stay I'd visiting Dubrovnik.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful.

Safes in bedrooms need to be upgraded. Password would be better rather than swipe card. Refreshments in hotel v expensive.

Lovely sea view. Good Staff. Clean.Good selection of food for breakfast.

The steps up from the town are a bit of a problem.The bath is a little high.
