it was cost effective as a stop over

a bit of a distance to the centre. coffee is boring. they could at least have some decent hot coffee to start the day even if breakfast is minimal. tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be nice.nobody answers the phone from the room.

Very hepful staff. Clean comfortable hotel in an excellent location near several restaurants and bars. Near to a tram stop and only 10 minutes travel time to the main square which is the hub of the city. Good value.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights and found that it provided an excellent standard in all areas of visitor comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful,bedroom was very comfortable and fitted out to a high standard and a light,tasty buffet breakfast was provided. The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the main square in Zagreb or can be easily reached by taking the number 6 tram -3 stops from the square This hotel is offering superb value for money and I can thoroughly recommend it as a base for a visit to Zagreb. .

The brothers who own the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Solved parking problem (main reason for staying here) & gave us packed breakfast for early morning flight. Hotel is by fast tram ride to old town of Zagreb. Highly recommended!

All new hotel facilities with really friendly staff and good location

Staff were very helpful, and friendly. Location was great, few minutes walking distance from the tram, and 20 minutes walk from the city center. I decided to stay there again on my way back also. The manager, called for taxi, and packed me the breakfast, since I had flight @ 5:30!

Nice little hotel not too far from the city center. A good value, with nice facilities, elevator, parking, minimal breakfast. It's a bit of a hike into the center, where you will do a lot more walking, but there are plenty of buses. If you can get a room at a good price, I'd take it.

Small hotel, quiet, staff are extremely friendly nothing is too much trouble and only 15 mins to the city centre though there is a tram every 5 men's if you don't want to walk. The hotel is either new or recently renovated and has some environmently friendly features.

The owners of the hotel and the receptionist did everything possible to make out stay fantastic. The room was big spacious and comfortable. The hotel is new and very clean and pleasant. . Great location near trams and the centre so very convenient. We will definitely return.

Our room did not have a bath which we would have preferred , but others did have one.

In a quiet location just out of city centre which was easily accessible by tram 3 stops. Madeleine was fantastic and very helpful. Room size was very good and bathroom excellent. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others

A very minor negative was that the breakfast supplied while adequate did not offer any hot food as shown on menu.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. As it is only a small building the reception area is a bit cramped but my room was very spacious and I particularly liked the roomy bathroom.The hotel is in a good location about a ten-minute walk to one of Zagreb's main streets where you can get a tram. If you are feeling energetic you can walk to central Zagreb in about half an hour.

The television was too small for the size of the room and there were no English language channels. I appreciate that English is not the first language in Croatia but it would been nice to watch a documentary or sports programme whilst relaxing in my room for an hour or two after a day in town. There was no tea-making facility either.

Кровать небыла не кингсайз а две соединенные, которые разъезжались. Зал для завтрака очень тесненький. Но это мелочи..

Absolutely one of the nicest surprises of our trip. We have stayed in hotel croatia as a group of 3 friends and business associates and we have been travelling for 11 days and changed 10 hotels and this is the nicest one by far. Excellent location, quiet neighb., Superb, modern rooms with wonderful, near to luxurious bathrooms, personal safe boxes, many thoughtful details, secured parking, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. I will not look for other place to stay when I am in Zagreb. Great value for money! 3 persons that travelled together agreed to every word of this review!

Nice hotel but not cheap? Pizza Oliva across the road do very nice pizzas!

20 min walk to the very centre of the city

Convenient location. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Breakfast OK.

The heating was off, but the air conditioning was not on. opening the window for fresh air made our room noisy.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.

Everything was ok, just what we expected..

Not really professional regarding the bar, but that's really a minor problem, at least for us.
