We liked the friendly and helpful staff, the service, the rooms, the outdoor pool area as well as the children's playground. We didn't like the fact that there were only two people manning the bar. The hotel was very full but this didn't hinder anything except it took ages to get a drink and to get one poolside was damn near impossible...

Very friendly and helpfull personnel. Fluently in English and German. Good food , Space enough to park your car . Restaurant is too small for the number of rooms of the hotel. The restaurant is therefore very noisy and sometimes very difficult to find a free table.

the buffet was superb lots off choise, frech, variable if you dont take al different types off food at once like some people do! and than they say its always the same, who eats fisch, meat and pasta covert wit a dressing in one plate..... right they do!!! the restaurant staff was very friendley with an exccelent service!! top. by arrival we get a smelly smal room at the 6e floor, but the offerd us a beter room with terras with a smale amount of ..€/day extra, so good in service about that the most old i think off Valemar hotels how ever we had a very fine stay with a great location. the reception staff could be a little bit less stiff...

Large family room ( 2 double rooms connected), nice pool There is no real beach on the sea side; had to stay just around the hotel pool. During the dinner, if you arrive after 20:30 the staff seems really in a hurry...you cannot enjoy a relaxed dinner... ( you are expected to be there before 20:00)

Nice rooms, great swimming pool, restaurant manager Branko, very reasonable secret deal :) Tiny bathroom, ridiculous water aerobic, dinner was rich however not very tasty.

Excellent, very polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, fantastic hotel location, surroundings and sea, good food quality, nice animation in the evening Tiny rooms, poor air conditioning, almost never changing, though vast, choice of food, no shop where to buy at least water (which I believe shall be complimentary in the rooms) in or near the hotel, no private sea beach.

La cucina, i consigli dei respnsabili di sala..In Particolare del Sig BK. La Pulizia della camera, la posizione,spiaggia vicina...nel complesso buono. P.S prima di morire nuota 3 volte :D. a Presto Una sola cosa la sera c'è quasi per niente animazione quindi si è costretti ad uscire.

Personal!!! Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Kinderbetreuung ist sehr gut. Sauberkeit und sehr freundliche Zimmermädchen/Damen! Dieses Hotel hat eine weiterempfehlung verdient! Leute die sagen dass diese Hotel nicht gut ist....

Sehr schöne, renovierte Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer angenehm groß mit guter Sanitärausstattung, sehr sauber, kein Parkplatzproblem, rundum perfekt. Die häufig wechselnde W-Lan-Anbindung.

Preis-Leistung passt einfach - saubere große Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, zum guten Preis. Das Essen war wirklich gut aber im Großen und Ganzen immer das selbe. Der Strandabschnitt ist nicht wirklich großzügig.

Die Familienzimmer sind sehr eng. Das Restaurant nachmittags und die Bar ist unterbesetzt - man wartet ewig auf Bedienung. Lange Wartezeiten auch an der Rezeption!
