Loved the location. It's fabulous! Nice place with character! Liked the private terrace too in our unit (#29) and the washing machine. The price of the place was decent too.

- wifi was not working. Grrrr! - dark apartment - the loft bed (single bed at top of unit) was uncomfortable

Close to old centre, bus station and ferry. Reasonable value.

Small room but ok for a couple of nights.

the only problem is with hot water.Geezers run out of hot water if you are in few in numbers to take bath in contnious.but if you take time, it will be fine.

The location is perfect for city tour. It is not inside the old town but I guess it is an advantage of the apartments than disadvantage. Split is very touristic place with magnificent palace and old part of the city. In my opinion, it is better to stay somewhere outside the crowdy center. A personal is very friendly and helpful. A room is disigned in a very cool manner. A bed was very comfy and actually double, because in a lot of places the owner can offer two single beds places together. I could pay with my credit card even though it is not a hotel.

Everything was perfect. I strongly recommend to stay in Dalmatian villas!

We loved this apartment so much!!! The apartment is big and comfortable!! Suitable for group and family. Budget friendly and situated near the old town. Comprehensive facilities in the apartment. Staff is nice and helpful.

Location was good. Room had air con and wifi which was great.

Hot water seemed to run out very quickly - and I was the only one in my room - if you had two I would suggest showing at different times of day to give water a chance to reheat. Soap was in a pump bottle and had been watered down so much it was nearly clear and barely produced any foam.

Very nice room, spacious bathroom. Terrace was very nice. Close to old town Split. Friendly staff.

Coffee maker would have been nice.

Whilst looking a little run down from the outside, once you get in this place is a hidden gem. Clean, well priced rooms with free wifi and a roof terrace. The staff were excellent throughout, helping us to arrange our travel to the airport.

Wifi didn't work in the rooms but works well on the terrace. The main reason we booked Dalmatian villas was the mention of complimentary breakfast but when we asked about it we were told no breakfast exists, complimentary or otherwise!

Ideal location, next to downtown and not far away from port or beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Price was really ok.

Everything ok

Anton the manager is a delightful young man who speaks English well and will always try hard to help you. The rooms are small but have modern facilities. The wifi works well in your room and is easy to use. The value was unbeatable. The location is downtown and a 5 min. walk to the Old Town. It is a 15 min. walk from the train station, and an 8 dollar (US) cab ride from the train station.

Be careful about who is your neighbors in the Villa. If they are young party animals with no manners let Anton know about it soon and perhaps he can do something. The Spaniards next to us were loud and obnoxious. And the walls are thin! Take your earplugs !!!!

We stayed in the apartman under Matunska Poljana 29. Great location, very close to the old town! The apartman looks like on the pictures, very stylish:)

The bathroom is small for 4-5 persons.

D'avoir reçu une belle chambre tranquille. Le service dans la chambre impeccable. Le service d'accuei, et surtout la proximité (3 minutes à pied de la vieille ville)

Le manque d'une petite table et d'un grand miroir dans la chambre.

Varustelun niukkuus ja huonekuvauksen kahvin-/teenkeitin osoittautui vedenkeittimeksi. Luvattua astianpesukonetta ei ollut lainkaan. Sadekelillä huone oli kostea ja kylmä.

Valoramos mucho su cercania con los lugares a visitar de split, ademas la buena conexion de wifi. Personal super atento y dispuestos!

Que no disponia de ascensor, se sube x escalera.

Liikenteen äänet kuuluivat jonkin verran huoneeseen, näköalana oli tiiliseinä.
