Dalmatian Villas - spacious, good customer service, clean and convenient. Near sight seeing point, easy for food, make you feel relax. Only got one roll of toliet paper for 2 people who stay 3 days. Staff are very helpful but mis communication. They gave us some cloth towel in the 1st time and kitchen tissue roll in the 2nd time. We gave up finally. |

Nice location, friendly staff and the appartment had a great private court yard. The hot water only lasted for one shower so we had to spread out showers over the day and the shower leaked water all over the floor. |

Very nice and helpfull staff; answered all the question asked and even took us to airport when we left, cheaper than taxi. The front door was in the little alley and not easy to find those who don´t need to know where it is... Ac/warming system was very easy to use. Bathroom was clean ja warm water lasted nicely. I wouldn´t call this place hotell, it was more like a hostell. The room was very ascetic, fotos shown do not give the right idea about room. Bedclothes were shabby. Towels or sheets were not changed at all, ruring the week. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard! I think 60 euros per night is too much. This place is ok for staying night or two, not whole week as we did. |

It was close to the Diocletian's Palace, within an easy 10 minute walk. Also, close to the promenade along the waterfront. The room smelt of cigarettes, there was no hanging space except for 4 hooks on the wall. No towel railsand the towels were the size of a large hand towel. The bed was made from a couch which was in the middle of the room and we could not change it back to a couch. |

We loved the balcony and watching the sunset every night. The location was great if you like to have some quiet away from the main harbour area. The shower head was broken and the sink tap was loose. There could have also been a kettle and toaster. |

Very well located, right in the heart of the city, comftable to stay for a few nights, just remember to switch the boiler on for hot water, we didnt realise and had cold showers, the guy who gave us the keys was very helpful as we found all Croats to be, good price for this location. stairs, but then all apartments in Croatia are the same, big staircases and no elevators |

The location just outside the city; quiet yet convenient. The apartment was managed by a very busy lady. We had to wait around for an hour and a half for her to arrive to book us in. No towels were supplied. |

Speed of check in and location of the apartment. All very hassle free. Even managed to have some parking (for free) which was an unexpected addition. Good place to explore Split before joining our group for a week of sailing. |

Nice rate, specially considering that the apartment's location is excellent: just 5 minutes away from the Diocletian Palace, right in the heart of Split. In addition, the apartment is well-equiped. Our apartment was on the floor level and the entrance door had glass parts, hence it may produce a "reduced privacy" perception on the guests. A minor consideration, from our viewpoint, is that the towels provided by the agency were two small. Hence, it may worth bringing your own towel for drying yourselves after having a shower. |

Proximity to the city centre, shopping, cafes and restaurants. There was no parking and staff advised to park on the street as no one checks the cars there. This resulted in a very expensive parking fine. If staff advised me to park in the public garage I'd done that and would have avoided unnecessary cost. |

The hostel (it is called a villa but this word is misleading) was centrally located in the centre of Split. It should be called a hostel not a villa. The value for money is very poor and it is too expensive. We had cold water ever day. The furnishings were very spartan. There is no reception. There is no restaurant or bar. Finally, the door handle broke to the front door leaving us stuck inside for over 20 minutes. The place is advertised as 3 star. It should be a 1 star. |

location is perfect. near the old city and it's very calm. There is no room cleaning and no towel changing. Which is not normal as all other appartements in croatia have it. |

Location is perfect - in the center and near everything you need to see. And price was good for Split. Staff is very friendly. Have in mind that the address is different than the one in booking.com, make sure you ask the agency for the exact address before you arrive. Apartments are pleasant, welcoming and clean but have in mind if you need to accomodate more than 4 adults it will be a bit too squeezy and packed - there are two single beds + folding sofa in one room and a folding sofa in the other. Infinite noise from the vehicles on the street, it is disturbing during the night. If there is proper isolation on the windows this problem might be solved. No breakfast as it is a house of apartments but nearby you can find local breakfast which turned out too be not bad at all. |
