Opened in 2007, our hotel is of modern design with free internet and work desks in all rooms, air-conditioning throughout.

Our meeting rooms attract business travelers for seminars and conferences. If you need to travel a bit further afield for work, we have a car rental service.

Your complimentary breakfast buffet will be served each morning in the bright and spacious restaurant. The hotel staff can prepare you a packed lunch on request, so you won’t need to waste time during the day.

We are only 2 km from the city center, where you can visit the UNESCO protected Diocletian. The port, bus station and railway station are also nearby.

The bathroom is very up to date.

The location of this hotel is not good because it is situated in a shabby industrial area.

Front desk was helpful with all our questions.

We had trouble finding the hotel. The hotel signs seemed to be missing at critical points, or if they are there, then they were not easily visible. A better map would have been helpful. Getting out of the port is complicated at Split, and more information about that would have been very helpful.

Everything. Was particularly pleasantly surprised to find out that although located in an industrial area, there was an easy, short access to it, and ample room for parking.

The quietness - the hotel is just off the main commercial centre and very easy to find. We had a car so parking and security was important. I,m not so sure if it would be so good if you were walking, as it is quite a way to the most beautiful promenade with ships and cruisers coming and going. Parking is o k and not too expensive. Value for money we were very happy. The receptionists were extremely helpful with advice about sending a package back home, where to go and what to do, help with next booking - they were wonderful.

Muy buena la atención y las instalaciones

La ubicación del Hotel no es la mejor ya que esta ubicado en un barrio Industrial un poco alejado del centro

旧市街（バスターミナルや港もここにあるため）からはタクシーで5~６分くらいかかりますし、バスは近くまで通ってはいますが、周りには何もありませんのでやや不便を感じました。時間があんまり無い人や移動の費用や面倒さを抑えたい人には不向きです。

ホテルのスタッフの方はとても親切で設備も普通に整っていました。ビジネスで使用する場合は、移動もタクシーでしょうし、向いていると思いました。

Hôtel d'un bon standard, de type voyage d'affaires. Situaiton un peu excentrée, mais le centre de Split est à 15m à pied. A contrario, plusieurs grandes surfaces sont proches !

Es un hotel con un precio razonable para Croacia. Está nuevo y es práctico y funcional. La limpieza es correcta.

Está ubicado fuera del casco historico. La primera impresión es la de un poligono industrial. Te acostumbras e incluso no lo encuentras excesivamente apartado puesto que en taxi practicamente son 10 min. desde el centro.
