we were very impressed with the staff who were very helpful with anything we asked of them including asking for a different room when we arrived swimming pool not heated |

Centrally located in Istria Appartments were pretty outdated, dark, and noisy. Furthermore, an appartment located at the entrance of the hotel/park is like living next to a highway. |

The accomadation was clean and tidy, the facilities were excelleant especially the 2 pools and gym. I thought the evening entertainment was poorly advertised and the acts i managed to catch were not to my liking. |

La struttura in generale e' molto bella. Ottima la posizione. ho pagato 30 euro di piu' senza capire il motivo... la signorina alla reception aveva detto che avrebbe fatto il totale in kune. solo dopo ho capito l'inganno!!! |

iedere dag handoekverschoning, de kleine attentie voor de verjaardag van onze dochter. De informatie over de animatieavonden e.d werd bij de apartementen niet bekent gemaakt. Zodat we veel gemist hebben de eerste week. |
