Apartment guests can use all the hotel facilities. Good variety of pools in- and outdoors. Great wellness facilities (sauna etc.) for extra cost however (ca. 10 Euro/day). Most of the staff were very friendly and polite. Great variety of food. The public hotel areas and pool area were very clean.

The apartments could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty on arrival and remained so. I would have expected the cleaning staff to vacuum or sweep and mop the floor at least a few times during our stay. The free wi-fi didn't work for most of the time and staff didn't seem to be bothered to have it fixed quickly. When it finally worked the Internet connection was quite slow.

We loved spending a wonderful week here!!! We really enjoyed that we could use the swimming pool and the gym of the hotel - free of charge - although we stayed in an apartment. We appreciated the small gift, Pinca, the traditional Easter bread that we got on Sunday morning as a symbol of good wishes. It was a cice surprise! All the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The surroundings of the hotel and apartments are nice and peaceful. Easy to reach Porec on foot on the coast, it is about 15 minutes. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Exellent ecology

Everything about this place is first class. Situated in a beautiful area, easy access to main shopping area and boats and ferries for day trips. No problem if u don't have a car as it is all a short stroll away or you can use the mini road train for 10kuna per person each way. Staff and facilities are excellent. Can't rate this high enough.

Great location, good polite and helpful staff, tidy and clean, excellent facilities

Kroatia and this hotel were a pleasant experience. Very nice beach area (no sand, which we liked) and good pools. It was a very nice 30-minute walk to Porec centre along the waterfront, shaded by pine trees. All staff was very helpful and friendly, from reception to cleaning staff, which is fairly exceptional. A well organised hotel, a broken step in the wooden bridge over the pool was repaired the following day. It felt safe to be on the premises. We rented an apartment, and bed linen was changed weekly, and towels were changed and the bathroom cleaned daily. Lots of activities were going on in the hotel every day, both during daytime and nighttime, and although we did not participate very often, we thought it was nice. The apartment was quiet and the air condition good. There was no extra charge for the baby cot. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots to choose from (newly baked bread, and pancakes for the children) and fast refilling of the food.

Overall we do not have much to complain about, but here goes. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. The door locks did not feel very secure (but nothing happened during our stay). There was no Swedish speaking staff in the Maro children club (but that can maybe not be expected...). There could have been some additional glasses and cutlery in the apartment.

Kompleks vklučen v naravno okolje. Najbolj smo uživali v zananjem bazenu hotela Kristal, z ogrevano morsko vodo, ki spada tudi pod Valamar resort. Priporočam!

Apartamentos agradables y limpios frente al hotel del mismo complejo. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Destacar la amabilidad del personal del hotel que nos atendió por un golpe que nos habían dado en el coche.

Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Personal ist freundlich. Sogar geschirrspühler und microwelle im Appartment. Schwimmbad und Fitnesstudio sind auch dabei.

Zimmer waren ein bischen kalt für die Jahreszeit aber im Sommer sicher total angenehm. Wände sind hellhöhrig was uns aber nicht sonderlich gestöhrt hat da für uns sonnst alles in ordnung war.

BIvali smo v apartmajih hotela Diamant, ki so dobro urejeni, venda rbi želeli biti na krajnem apartmaju, ki bi imel pogled na dreesa in zelenje.

Das wir bei der Buchung die Kreditkarte angeben mussten und uns am Tag vor der Abreise telefonisch noch bestätigt wurde das es bezahlt ist.Doch beim ein checken wurde uns mitgeteilt das es nicht so ist.Somit wurden uns ein Teil des Budgets unnötig genommen.

Situado en un lugar perfecto para visitar la peninsula de Istria. Apartamentos amplios y muy bien equipados, integrados en el conjunto del Valamar Diamant, que cuenta además de los apartamentos con un hotel 4 * con toda clase de instalaciones deportivas y de spa/relax. Desayuno buffet excelente y muy economico. Vamos un lugar aconsejable 100%.

Nada. Simplemente no tener mas tiempo disponible para disfrutar del lugar y de sus instalaciones.
