breakfast buffet was good. porec is a nice town

room was not clean and fittings were poor. mould in bathroom, dusty and dirty.

Good location and big hotel complex

The apartment room was cold so especially the bedroom and when we asked for a heater they didnt do anything,only for summer stays not for other seasons.too cold for that.no internet in the rooms.

Exellent ecology

Everything about this place is first class. Situated in a beautiful area, easy access to main shopping area and boats and ferries for day trips. No problem if u don't have a car as it is all a short stroll away or you can use the mini road train for 10kuna per person each way. Staff and facilities are excellent. Can't rate this high enough.

Very nice and well equiped appartment in quite and nice surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff. Beach area well kept, clean and with a large offer of different activites. Very nice walk to Porec.

Facilities were excellent, staff were helpful and courteous, overall we had a great holiday.

View from the apartment was not very good as they all face each other and are quite close. Walk required to hotel for use of acilities.

Kroatia and this hotel were a pleasant experience. Very nice beach area (no sand, which we liked) and good pools. It was a very nice 30-minute walk to Porec centre along the waterfront, shaded by pine trees. All staff was very helpful and friendly, from reception to cleaning staff, which is fairly exceptional. A well organised hotel, a broken step in the wooden bridge over the pool was repaired the following day. It felt safe to be on the premises. We rented an apartment, and bed linen was changed weekly, and towels were changed and the bathroom cleaned daily. Lots of activities were going on in the hotel every day, both during daytime and nighttime, and although we did not participate very often, we thought it was nice. The apartment was quiet and the air condition good. There was no extra charge for the baby cot. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots to choose from (newly baked bread, and pancakes for the children) and fast refilling of the food.

Overall we do not have much to complain about, but here goes. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. The door locks did not feel very secure (but nothing happened during our stay). There was no Swedish speaking staff in the Maro children club (but that can maybe not be expected...). There could have been some additional glasses and cutlery in the apartment.

Very good loacation in a park next to the sea and close to historic Porec town. Friendly and helpful personnel. Well situated and adequately equipped suites in four-suite cottages.

Wi-Fi is available only in public areas. No places for sitting (benches or so) in the park.

Отличное месторасположение-море, лес, близко до Пореча. Хороший пляж - можно каждому найти место где пожелает, на выбор : трава, песок, бетонные террасы, галька. Развлечений и спорта тоже хватает, аниматоры работают хорошо. Номера уютные, не жарко. Все понравилось. Чудесный отдых.

La buona disponibilità di spazio nelle unità abitative della struttura, attigua all'Hotel di cui si potevano usufruire tutti I servizi. L'ottimo comportamento del personale, a tutti i livelli: sempre disponibile, competente ed informato, tempestivo ma discreto ed estremamente cortese; NON MANCA MAI IL SORRISO, e, di questi tempi, lo considero estremamente positivo. OTTIMA la possibilità di conoscere sempre le generalità della persona con cui ci si relaziona.

Personalmente nulla di negativo.

Servizio ristorante molto carente appartamento datato servizio receptio discreto ma non sufficiente per un 4 stelle

Potrebbe essere migliorata l'informazione ai villeggianti, magari alla reception a inizio soggiorno sarebbe utile ricevere un depliant breve e chiaro. Esempio: noi abbiamo saputo dopo 2 giorni di permanenza la possibilità di usufriure della piscina dell'hoter Crystall.

Меняют полотенца каждый день, есть посудомойка и полный комплект посуды. Апартаменты просторные уютные с террасой, где можно поужинать. Бесплатно пляжные полотенца и лежаки в одном из трех отелей сети "Воломар" бассейн с морской водой, которым можно пользоваться. Прекрасная територия парка отличный подход к морю, удобно для детей. Вода в море была 28 градусов

Нет стиралки, к морю 300-400 метров.
