wi fi wasnt work good, rooms are located in a middle of towel, need to wait elevator. Towels in bathroom could be better quality for this hotel. In bathroom was only shampoo and and lotion.

The pool and spa area is really nice with a great view.

The service is horrible - the staff is friendly but they don't do their job. Internet wasn't working properly, they promised to send someone which never happened. The cleaning staff forgot to fill in coffee, small towels, etc. Once they even forgot to clean our room. When in Hilton, you don't expect to remind the staff continuously of their job.

Certainly the best hotel now in Zagreb. Very good value for money. Clean, modern, nice breakfast, and the staff serving you with an honest smile. For sure this is the hotel to stay in Zagreb now!

Very nice, friendly and helpfull staff! Clean, comfortable hotel. Nice spa area, pool a little small, but makes up for that with the view:)) The corner suit was more than comfortable for 2 adults with 2 (small) kids. Really nice stay - thank you Double Tree:)

Nice big bathroom with separate bath and shower. Great breakfast. tram stop out the front which goes into the city centre. All staff lovely and cookie on arrival yum!!

Comparing to other five star in Zagreb definately the best rooms.

Wellness should be separate from gym that guest of hotel can enjoy,now priority is gym.With few changes can be excellent.

They ware opened for 7 days and there was some things missing but was not a problem.....

Grande chambre, confortable, avec une vue dégagée (paysage très urbain). Piscine (pas très grande mais praticable) et salle de sport au dernier étage avec une vue panoramique. Restaurant de l'hôtel sympathique et petit déjeuner très agréable.

La localisation est particulière: ni très proche de l'aéroport (20 minutes en voiture) ni en centre ville (le tram passe cependant au pied de l'hôtel).

Osoblje je još uvijek neuhodano,vidi se da je Hotel nov ali i osoblje.Voda u bazenu je bila iznenadjujuće hladna!

Struttura eccellente, camera spaziosa e confortevolissima. Bagno ampio con vasca da bagno e doccia. Con il pacchetto shopping avevamo la camera king più l'ingresso nella zona benessere/fitness gratuito. Il tutto era al decimo piano, quindi c'è la visuale sulla città. Veramente tutto Ottimo, compreso il biscotto di benvenuto.

Прекрасное и внимательное отношение персонала. Накануне у меня был день рождения. Получил поздравления: открытку и сервированный стол вино и фрукты. Был очень растроган. Большое спасибо!

Il personale è stato cortesissimo e professionale nonostante la giovane età. Stanze belle e pulite, posizione comoda, in 15 minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro. Per noi è stato ottimo anche il rapporto prezzo qualità, ma abbiamo approfittato di un'ottima offerta week end.
