Close to airport Wifi is OK Friendly staff Good menu for lunch/dinner with good prices

It is a very good value hotel. I was there one night going to airport very early. Felt and was very clean, staff more then accommodating with timely shuttle to airport. Breakfast was surprisingly hot and tasty with lots of choice. Young man at front very helpful and service oriented.

Better directions should be on website. Gps had trouble locating and signage should be clearer on building.

The only suggestion is to fix the sign outside. It needs repair.

Having worked for a well known brand of hotel provider in the uk, I was immediately impressed with the attitude of all the staff towards the customer. They take the attitude of promoting the company they work for by really putting that little bit extra into their roles. The chef came into the dining room to ask if food was ok. We were served breakfast an hour earlier than normal due to having an early flight to catch. We were given free transport to the airport. All such little extras were highly welcomed and show a good work ethic that is swiftly disappearing here in the uk. The room was small but the bed, which is my main point of interest, being a tall person (6.4ft), was a very good size; feet didn't dangle over the end; and extremely comfortable. I could grip about a few things (see opposite), but to be fair, for the money we paid we were extremely impressed. Bravo.

1:Not much stock in the mini bar. 2:Noise of rain against the metal shutters outside window. I could have asked for mini bar to be restocked but didn't. I could have raised the metal shutters to see if that stopped or reduced the dripping noise against the shutters.

Good transfer from/to airport. Clean, warm, quiet rooms. Restaurant with good menu - different types of dishes. Steak - excellent.

The hosts were very accommodating and the shuttle to the airport was included in the price. There is a restaurant and bar onsite and the prices were reasonable.

It was a little awkward in the arrangement of the furniture and the rooms in the family apartment. The large TV was located in the main bedroom and there was nothing in the sitting area except for a small desk. I would suggest another TV so you could use the sitting room for what it was intended for.

We didn't find the hotel particually easy to find but that was perhaps just us because we didn't have a good map.

We needed a place to stay for one night because we had an early flight out the next morning. The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and while it may have been a little spartan in appearance, it was really good value for the money. The complimentary breakfast opened at 7am, but because we were leaving earlier, the staff opened breakfast at 6 am so that we could eat before we left. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was a bonus that there was a free shuttle to the airport. It's only about 10 minutes away from the airport, but the hotel is very quiet.

Airport shuttle was nice and free

Very poor beds AC that works just for the looks of it. TV with 1000 channels and nothing on! (For English speaking people, maybe 3-5 new channels only...)

The hotel is located close to the aiport, but still in a quite living area. Due to the fact taht the hotel is very new everything is clean and working very well. The staff is helpfull and speaks English perfectly.

Location close to Pleso Airport and the shuttle to the airport. Staff was very friendly and hotel was spotless.

Extremely friendly staff, which provided us with a very late dinner after our arrival (though it is a budget hotel). We've chosen that hotel only due to the close proximity to the airport as we only stopped over for a connecting flight the next morning. Even the shuttle transport was included in the price! The whole hotel seems to be very new, the room was small but with relatively new interior and clean. The dinner was also surprisingly very good for a hotel of that category, and compared to other tourist locations in Croatia very cheap.

Conveniently located just a 10 minutes drive away from Zagreb airport. Quite new. Friendly staff, a suprisingly good chef, we ordered an evening meal which we did not regret. Free transfer to and from airport, all as promised. Close to ideal location for an overnight stay between flights. A decent jacuzzi for two as long as there's no naughty kid lurking behind the broken doors.

The room might have been fairly and originally designed and built, but all equipment is in bad need of maintenance already. Bathroom/toilet had an ordinary door next to the entrance and a sliding partition separating it from one of the rooms, and none of these could be properly closed/locked. So every one of us had to announce his/her intention to use the facility to the rest of the family. A flashy shower cabin was mostly inoperable, luckily the "plain vanilla" shower itself still worked. Air conditioning unit was the only climate control option and it only worked for one room, while the other one remained terribly stuffy half of the night. The thing was too noisy to use at any speed above the lowest. One of the beds was in fact a convertible, and it not even creaked but responded with a loud metallic clang to every movement. The place leaves a dual impression. It is obviously meant to be nice and cosy, and the staff do their best to achieve it, but with so many flaws it failed to serve its primary purpose, that is provide peaceful rest between fligts.

Very good reception team is available, friendly. Proxilité of the airport is appreciable. We had dinner at the hotel, it was very good and plentiful. We highly recommend this hotel. Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité de l'aéroport. Nous avons été agréablement surpris du rapport qualité prix, très bon accueil, personnel sympathique et disponible. Nous avions pris la formule diner à 9€, c'était très bon et copieux (idem pour le petit dej compris dans le prix).

Very close to Zagreb airport and excellent/responsive service at front desk and shuttle. Also breakfast was good and available at 5am already.

We stayed at Dream Hotel for our brief overnight layover on our trip from Dubrovnik, Croatia, We landed in Zagreb at 10:30 at night and had a 8:30 flight the next morning to Paris. For our purpose it was the perfect choice. Free transfer back and forth to the airport and breakfast was included. It was a convenient place to get some sleep before our long flight the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful.
