The breakfasts were very good. The receptionists were very helpful

The tv reception was poor.

They responded very quickly to our query about air conditioning in the room and got service man when leak from airconditioning unit. Also the Manager of hotel bought my partner at drink from the bar which was not really needed but was really nice. Easy access to beach and bus stop.

The breakfast not very good.

little cafes.

Hard to find, and no parking :(

helpful receptionist. cheap internet access. good location

buffet breakfast was terrible. poor selection. fruit not fresh. "hot" food usually cold. far too expensive at around 120 a night in my opinion

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Shower is fantastic (I always rate hotels by the standard of their bathrooms/showers!). Restaurant food is lovely. Lovely bar area with attentive staff. Manager Mirko is friendly. Satff were helpful and informative. Breakfast is continental but they do have fried ham & eggs and they are really prompt if you ask them for more food i.e ham, bread, tomatoes.

Location

Poor cleanliness of room, dusty surfaces which were not cleaned throughout our four night stay. Had to ask for bed sheets to be changed. Breakfast time is chaos always running out of things

good location, on a nice promenade near the beach. hotel restaurant was great for dinner

breakfast was always chaotic (constantly out of food, bowls, etc.); not suitable for someone with disabilities as there is no lift.

The staff was very friendly. I felt very comfortable staying there. It was a nice place. The food was good. It was easy to get into the old town.

It was difficult to find in the night time. All the streets have such little signs. So it isn't the hotels fault. The actual city needs better signage.
