I like the hotel, the staff, the breakfast and the lokation was wonderfull. The hotel was quiet. Very nice was the bath, clean and modern. The one thing I didn´t like about the hotel was breakfast coffee. |

I thought the room was great for the price. It was close to the beach and that was awesome. The parking was not good. I got a parking ticket for 100kn and by the time the next day came there were 2. i had no idea that we had to pay for the parking. The staff could have told me that. |

Hotel staff both at reception and kitchen are very helpful and really make one feel welcomed. Great location on a pedestrian only walkway close to the beach (5 minutes) and conveniently located to buses, post office, larger supermarket, stores, etc. Many restaurants within a few steps from the hotel. Fast and reliable secure wireless Internet. There are two air conditioning units in each room. The one operated from the wall unit is controlled by the hotel and was shut off 4x in less than 24hrs of my first day of my stay. I complained several times, even at 4am when I was woken up by the heat in my room since the a/c was off, just fan blowing hot air. A/c was happily resolved. |

it was right near the pedestrian beach shopping street and easy access to a bus into the Old Town. The sink wouldn't drain during the time we were there and the hair dryer they provided couldn't be plugged in. |

Good location The breafast is particularly bad.The only items that proved edible were the cereal and fruit. The coffee is absolutely undrinkable, the orange juice is like none I have tasted before, the spicy sausage was 90%fat and gristle, the egg dish was cold and like leather. This poor standard was repeated on each of my 3 day stay. |

Friendly staff, good location - there is a bus stop only 50 meters away, and the old city is even within walking distance (approximately 20 minutes), also close to the beach. Hotel is situated on a walking street with a lot of cafe's and restaurants - very cosy. Also a good shopping mall within walking distance. If you are travelling with a car (as we were), the hotel is difficult to find - it is situated on a wlaking street, not accessible for cars and you have to park further at a paid parking. The condition of the room was poor - furniture was old, bed uncomfortable, room was not properly cleaned during our stay, no towels were changed, nor floor vacuumed. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a serve-yourself buffet which included some eccentric options, but was nice nonetheless. The bath leaked and the room was a bit bit dingy |

Hotel Dubrovnik is located in a pedestrianised street very near to the beach. There are frequent buses to the old town from a stop nearby. Hotel is basic, but comparatively good value for Dubrovnik. Bar staff and lunch and dinner waiters were very efficient and friendly The breakfast was basic and service in the breakfast room was poor - tables not cleared so guests arriving later for breakfast had nowhere to sit and usually had to clear tables and fetch their own place settings - not at all satisfactory. |

I liked the place where this hotel is situated: promanade-street, near to small friendly beach, lot's of terraces and the room and sanitary was ok I did not liked the breakfast-organisation: filling up of empty buffet was slowly, finished tables where not quickly refreshed for new people coming to breakfast, coffee was not tasty, warm food was not decently kept warm. |

We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel staff could not do enough to help us. A nice restaurant with outside tables. A very pleasant bar/lounge area. Two minutes walk to the seaside and 4 minutes to the bus stop to take us to the Old Town. No everything was fine. I would certainly recommend it. |

good location Although the room was clean at check in, it did not appear that housekeeping touched it again during the three night stay and did not replace used towels. The duvet on the full sized bed lacked at least ten inches of covering the bed. Staff was pleasant but slightly indifferent and computer for guest use (at a charge) was contaminated |

The Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. They made us feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast provided was extremely good and we both enjoyed it very much. We felt that although the staff were helpful when asked, the room had not been dusted or hoovered and the towels were not changed nor the bathroom cleaned or the toilet paper checked whilst we were there. |

The Bay of Lapad is a great place to stay. Quiet and close to bus stop to the Old Town. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The hotel rooms could be a lot cleaner. We had to switch rooms because the carpet was so dusty. |
