部屋も広く使いやすかった。近くにレストランやバス停、海もあり立地条件は良かった。ホテルの前は車の通行が出来ないため子供を遊ばせるにも安全だった。 部屋の掃除は見えるところはされていたが所々ほこりがあった。トイレットペーパーやボディーソープが殆ど残っておらず部屋に予備もなかった。ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑの床が水漏れしていてﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞの栓を抜くと床が水浸しになってしまった。部屋のドアの鍵がきつく、開け閉めにとても苦労した。 |

Very convenience location for the bus stop to the old city and beach. The bus was very frequent from 5:30 - 0:00 every 15mins. None. I wonder why any Japanese travel book hasn't refer to them. |

都市の名前がついている割に、地元ではあまり知られていないようだった。まあこの規模のホテルなら仕方ないですが。 3stars ということを考えたらこんなものなんでしょうが、シャワーのフックがはずれたり、窓の蝶番がこわれかかっていたり概観より設備にがたが来ているようでした。 10月後半で2泊で１００ユーロは、相場からすると高くはないのですが、設備が壊れているのは別だと思います。 何より困ったのが、ワイヤレスLANが接続できなかったこと。電波はキャッチするのですが、持参のPCでIPアドレスが割り振られず、ホテルのAPは結局最後まで使用できず。たまたま受信できた近くのほかのAPに接続できましたが、不安定でその後の日程の予約をとるのに苦労しました。結局ピレ門の前で公衆WLANのAPがあり(50Kn/１day 接続してカードで決済後すぐに使用可能に)そこで用を済ませました。 |

Helpful and accommodating staff. Also very clean and lovely rooms. Restaurant was really good.I enjoyed the locality of the hotel. |

The Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. They made us feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble.The breakfast provided was extremely good and we both enjoyed it very much. We felt that although the staff were helpful when asked, the room had not been dusted or hoovered and the towels were not changed nor the bathroom cleaned or the toilet paper checked whilst we were there. |

The Bay of Lapad is a great place to stay. Quiet and close to bus stop to the Old Town. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The hotel rooms could be a lot cleaner. We had to switch rooms because the carpet was so dusty. |

The friendlyness of the staff and small courtosies offered by the owner.EG Have you tried the local brandy? No. Then have one with me and see if you like it as domestic is a lot cheaper than imported. The rooms were small but liveable with.In the brochure it shows a jacussi bath but we looked at 4 rooms and all only had showers. |

This busy location is a great alternative to the Dubrovnik city centre because of ease of transport to there and the port area if you are taking the ferry. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast good. There is a range of restaurants to suit most budgets and some lovely walks beside the sea. We were on the top floor in a quiet room (with a view) and had a large separate bathroom but none of it was cleaned during our 3-day stay, except for a rushed making of the bed. The shower curtain was filthy and needs replacing. |

Staff were extremely helpful in providing information and facilitation of my stays. Considering the overpriced accommodations everywhere in Dubrovnik, I would say the hotel is pretty reasonable. It's clean and located in a very nice quarter of Dubrovnik, not in old town, but in Lapad where you find good restaurants, beaches, and cleanly organised pedestrian pathes along the coast. I just needed a headset for the internet for using skype, which I guess is the case for many international travellers. |
