Helpful and accommodating staff. Also very clean and lovely rooms. Restaurant was really good.I enjoyed the locality of the hotel.

The Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. They made us feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble.The breakfast provided was extremely good and we both enjoyed it very much.

We felt that although the staff were helpful when asked, the room had not been dusted or hoovered and the towels were not changed nor the bathroom cleaned or the toilet paper checked whilst we were there.

The Bay of Lapad is a great place to stay. Quiet and close to bus stop to the Old Town. The staff at the front desk were helpful.

The hotel rooms could be a lot cleaner. We had to switch rooms because the carpet was so dusty.

The friendlyness of the staff and small courtosies offered by the owner.EG Have you tried the local brandy? No. Then have one with me and see if you like it as domestic is a lot cheaper than imported.

The rooms were small but liveable with.In the brochure it shows a jacussi bath but we looked at 4 rooms and all only had showers.

Location of the hotel is magic,clean and quiet room.The staff was very informative and helpful.Definately would recommend this hotel

This busy location is a great alternative to the Dubrovnik city centre because of ease of transport to there and the port area if you are taking the ferry. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast good. There is a range of restaurants to suit most budgets and some lovely walks beside the sea.

We were on the top floor in a quiet room (with a view) and had a large separate bathroom but none of it was cleaned during our 3-day stay, except for a rushed making of the bed. The shower curtain was filthy and needs replacing.

Lovely peaceful cool clean room convenient to Reception and helpful staff who answered questions, carried bags etc.
