Friendly staff, perfect location (1 hr walk or 5-10min bus from Dubrovnik old town), excellent views of the bay, nice and quiet, room immaculate, jacuzzi soothing, sauna, lots of nice places to eat and drink near by and all just perfect. Others said there were too many steps but its not at all bad, just 2 storeys. I guess it may be people that usually take the elevator!!! Ummm, thinking hard for a fault and struggling. No I really can't find any fault with this. We spent 2 weeks travelling the islands from Split (Brac) down to Dubrovnik. We stayed in a lot of nice places but this was the best. it was also the dearest but thats to be expected for the City I guess. |

Apartment perfect in everyway yes there are lots of steps but they do lead straight down to a crystal clear blue adriactic sea which I jumped in everyday. Location was, after a good look around the best in the area by far. Airport transfer hassle free. Holiday was very relaxed food excellent and cannot recommend this place higher!!! |

Just in fron of Adriatic waters ( 5 m from water). Great vue from apartment. Sauna and Jacuzzi available, free of charge. wi-fi cost is not as stated at Booking's website but more then 3 euros/hour. wi-fi connection is low speed (100/50KB).No car access to place nor easy parking nearby. Room was clean once in 7 days! |

Everything and we plan to return, the next opportunity we get! The staff were first class and so helpful. I did not like the 40,000 steps up to the apartment but that really was the only downfall. |

Lovely modern clean apartment in excellent location overlooking the sea. Close to beach and 10 min journey to Dubrovnik Old Town. Excellent facilities within apartment. Microwave, cooker, dishwasher, dvd player. Would definitely stay there again. |

Beautiful view. Good appartment facilties - jacuzzi, balconi, kitchen. clean. Lovely landlady difficult enough to find. Taxi had to call and needed directions on the pedestrian street after leaving the taxi but everyone very helpful. Lots of steps up to appartment and no lift, would not be very suitable for older people |

Posizione panoramica e appartamenti molto curati Quasi introvabile, non c'è una reception e neppure un campanello sulla porta di accesso. E' in una zona non accessibile con l'auto ma manca un servizio trasporto bagagli. |
