Dubrovnik-Apartments are settled in a peaceful part of the Lapad Bay, in close proximity to the sea. From the ‘old town’ it takes around 10 minutes to reach it by car or by bus. One side of the house has a view of the sea, and the other side, of a little pine forest. There is a beach close to the front of the house, with a lovely terrace for laying in the sun, for our guests only. In the shady backyard our guests can enjoy in opened Jacuzzi and sauna.

Cancellation

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

Children older than 7 years are welcome.

All children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.

There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel information

Our jacuzzi is available from March to December, 24 hours a day, under one’s own supervision. It is closed for the rest of the year.

There are also sauna and shower facilities available with hot and cold water, within a few feet from each other. The sauna is available 24 hours a day under one’s own supervision.

Food & beverage

There are several restaurants in close vicinity to Dubrovnik Apartments Choose from great fish and meat restaurants, a pizzeria, an Italian restaurant, a Mexican restaurant and bars for cocktails and coffee breaks.

Area information

In our area, on 10 min. walking distance from our hotel, you have all you need for a good vacation.
You can choose between a stone, pebbled or concrete beach. Valley ball court, tennis court, kids jumping court.

Walking area is about 2 km located from the bay, near the sea.

Post office or bank is on 10 min. walking, shopping area is on 5 min.,and small shop for every day shop is only 100 meters away.

Apartment perfect in everyway yes there are lots of steps but they do lead straight down to a crystal clear blue adriactic sea which I jumped in everyday. Location was, after a good look around the best in the area by far. Airport transfer hassle free. Holiday was very relaxed food excellent and cannot recommend this place higher!!!

Just in fron of Adriatic waters ( 5 m from water). Great vue from apartment. Sauna and Jacuzzi available, free of charge.

wi-fi cost is not as stated at Booking's website but more then 3 euros/hour. wi-fi connection is low speed (100/50KB).No car access to place nor easy parking nearby. Room was clean once in 7 days!

Everything and we plan to return, the next opportunity we get! The staff were first class and so helpful.

I did not like the 40,000 steps up to the apartment but that really was the only downfall.

Lovely modern clean apartment in excellent location overlooking the sea. Close to beach and 10 min journey to Dubrovnik Old Town. Excellent facilities within apartment. Microwave, cooker, dishwasher, dvd player. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view. Good appartment facilties - jacuzzi, balconi, kitchen. clean. Lovely landlady

difficult enough to find. Taxi had to call and needed directions on the pedestrian street after leaving the taxi but everyone very helpful. Lots of steps up to appartment and no lift, would not be very suitable for older people

Lage direkt am Meer, ruhig, Balkon, Terasse mit Whirlpool, schöne Sonnenliegen, Meer phantastisch, gute Anbindung in die Stadt, persönlicher Service

Eine Anmerkung: viele Stufen, nicht geeignet für ältere Herrschaften - gut für die Kondition!

Posizione panoramica e appartamenti molto curati

Quasi introvabile, non c'è una reception e neppure un campanello sulla porta di accesso. E' in una zona non accessibile con l'auto ma manca un servizio trasporto bagagli.

Fin og stille beliggenhet. Kort veg til sjøen. Meget pene og store rom/leilighet med god komfort. Fint uteområde med boblebad og utesittepasser. Hyggelig personale.
