“ In our first night in Croatia, we arrived in Zagreb and stayed in this hotel.. First of all it's in a great location, very easy to find (just take tram no:6 from bus station and get-off at Trg. Ban Jelacic, you'll see the hotel in front of you!). You can also go to every other sightpoint easily from here.. Our room was on 4th floor, facing the street. ”

I was in this hotel for business trip, then continue my holidays. This is an excellent hotel. Best location and value for money. Staff are very friendly. Noise due to some refurbishment.

Great location, big clean room Pretty slow internet with some browsing restrictions which was surprising... Entrance was not very convinient but they have some reconstruction till May so think it will be ok after.

I loved how close it was to the square and the main tourist attractions in Zagreb. Their parking lot was incredibly difficult to find. There should be a better way to find a place to park to get in and check in to the hotel. I drove around on a Saturday night for 1 hour before I found an open parking spot to check in. Then another hour to find their parking lot.

The room was large and on the 5th floor with a great view of the square. Breakfast is plentiful with a wide choice. It's location in the city centre is ideal for visiting the major tourist sites. Would book again if we return to Zagreb. The only issue was minor and relates to wifi. It is free and available but would only work from the doorway to our room. We also had to re-enter user and password each time we used a device.

Nice room, one very nice woman in the staff, very central, on the main square. Partly slow old staff, Major rebuilding starting the day after we arrived WITHOUT any information. We had to walk through the hotel and take several elevators every time we came or left. Breakfast was poor, but nice staff in the breakfast room.

The location is excellent. The hotel is nearby of the main square, main shopping street and historical points. Just right next door is a big book store. In front of the hotel is pedestrian street with many cafees and chairs under umbrella, so you can have a coffee on a fresh air.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I had stayed in other hotels in Zagreb that we not worth the price but this one is a great balance between price, Latino and amenities. The breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast but not very tasty.

The location was amazing! Staff were so terribly rude, never ever have I occured such bad hotel staff, it was non smoking but smelt like smoke, breakfast was a bit tired and needed to be rethought!!

Excellent central location, next to main square for New Year's eve. Very comfortable, good restaurant and handy cafe. Very prompt, good laundry service. Friendly staff, if a little slow in the cafe. Very good breakfast and overall good standard of food. Would have liked a kettle in the room for making tea in the morning.

Location is the best....in the heart of Zagreb, i had a great view ,on the main square....all reastaurants and shops are just few steps away....hotel was lovely and very clean... I had a lunch in hotel restaurant,not recommended,very poor,ordered medallions ..got some kind of escalope with no spices and taste ,i could not eat it..
