Room was not new but comfortable and well located in the heart of downtown. Reception extended checkout time for a few hours to accomodate our night train which was very accomodating. |

The location of the hotel is great, close to the main plaza and market, restaurants, cafes and many trams. The rooms were clean. Nice buffet breakfast. |

Nice. It was in the city center. Convenient. They had this smell of sewer in the room all the time. And it did not help to open the window or stop the air condition. I suspect there is a piping problem in the city, old pipes or wathever.... We did not want to complaint to the staff, we thought the problem was present in all rooms. But there should be some kind of information about this in the rooms. At times it was impossible to breathe. |

the hotel location is one of the best in town. Just in the heart of the city breakfast could be improved - there should be more choice and available until 11am |

We choose the hotel because of its central location and the fact that we could get to many points of interest on foot. Our room was nice and quiet although it was facing the main square. Staff was professional and friendly. |

It is almost impossible to reach the hotel with a car. I was forced to take on taxi to lead me to the parking and the driver bringed me there through an infringement of traffic regulations. Furthermore non for each guest of the hotel there is a car-place in the parking. |

Despite the fact that the hotel is advertised as having air conditioning, it did not work. Apparently ac had been turned off for the entire hotel. We found that out upon calling the front desk at 1am from our hot room. Their suggestion was to open the window, which we did, but we had to close it because the street noise was too much. It was a horrible experience, and we'd never stay there agai |

-location, right in town -I didn't read on the website that I had to request parking. The hotel has limited parking spots and therefore we had to park elsewhere which was more expensive. |

Central location "Communal" air-conditioning system is a problem: in autumn you cannot cool your room when management have set the overall system to heating. At night our room was very hot with the A/C off, and hotter with it on. On reporting this we were told "open a window", but this is very noisy (trams operating below from 4.30AM) |

Location Initial impression was bland & boring, disinterested check-in staff but the longer we stayed the more we appreciated the convenience and comfort and realised the staff problem was just one individual. |
