Удобное расположение в центре города и в 10 минутах от ж/д вокзала, бесплатный Интернет, приветливый, услужливый персонал, вполне подходит для туристов и командировочных Небольшие номера, дизайн довольно скромный |

Прекрасное расположение, в самом центре города; вокруг отеля много кафешек, всегда можно приятно провести время (хотя для кого-то это будет минус); шаговая доступность городского транспорта от отеля; номера чистые, ухоженные; отель - уверенный хорошист, хотя быть может заслуживает и более высокой оценки :) |

Location, service, breakfast, view on the square Rooms are pretty small; hotelprices in Zagreb are high compared to the rest of Croatia. Hallways etc. need renovation. |

Location was great, magnificent view on Zagreb main square. Brakfast was also very good, friendly staff. Nothing to complaint about. Rooms are for four star hotel little bit smaller as I had expected |

Excellent location in the city centre. Spacious room and nice bathroom. Breakfast is OK. Business centre is well equiped. Personel is somewhat grumpy. |

The hotel was nice and clean, with great service, everything one would expect from a 4 star hotel. What we loved about the hotel is its excellent location, right in the old town, with a great pastry shop right outside. There is also a book store by the hotel with a huge selection of the English books. |

It was in the heart of the city and it was possible to walk around. I stayed in a single room. The room was very small and the view of my room was just a wall. I even did not have any chance to see the sky. |

Excellent location in city centre - Excellent breakfast buffet - Friendly stuff Rooms a bit small and decoration somehow outdated - Reaching it by car was difficult and parking was not easy in the streets around as it is located right in the city center. |
