All rooms with a view to the sea. Sunset is wonderful. Local bus and shuttle to the city centre. The staff was tired and indifferent (end of season,mid-October?). Long dull corridors. Impersonal rooms, could be anywhere in the world. |

Spa and Gym very good. Breakfast of good quality. Location and views. Staff were generally not that friendly and information provided about local trips and attractions was inaccurate. Prices for drinks and meals was rather excessive esp the buffet style meal. Generally not worth the money paid - for 5 star prices I'd expect 5 star service and advice. |

Great breakfast, good food, wide range of choice it was a pleasure to eat there. Friendly stuff helpful in resolving problems, nice location in the forest and the swimming pool really impressive! Enjoyed outside jacuzzi a lot! I didn't sleep the whole night because of the wedding party organised in the hotel. Before coming I asked if there was peace and guiet in the hotel and the stuff knew I was pregnant but nobody told me about the possible noise during nightime. The second thing I didn't like was the lack of beach, only few stones pretending being a beach. |

An extension of a business hotel. All options are available at the hotel from restaurants to spa services. We started our stay at Ponta Restaurant - hotel's only casual, by the beach snacking place for late lunch after our arrival. Obviously they have been having a big problem with wasps and everyone eating could not relax at all staying with food & drinks. Once we ordered, we wanted to be away from the location. But they did not allow us go anywhere saying its hotel policy. We kept wondering what to do - so missed the opportunity to cancel the food as you are relatively safe without food. Yes, we stuck eating food with loads of wasps - seriously literally loads!!! It was such a furious and disappointing experience. Food was really good but that experience with wasps stuck with us and all experience staying at the hotel got ruined. Sorry. |

Facilities were excellent. Staff was very helpful. Location by the sea was terrific. The overall hotel setting was somewhat spartan and sterile. Very polished, but lacked the warmth and charm of many other 5 star hotels |

The hotel is very good, and the coastline very beautiful. Some things were not up to standard for a 5 stars hotel, like showers, breakfast, and other services. Diving club was not too friendly and the diving experience was not worth the money. Free buses to downtown could be also increased. |

The efficiency and sparkle of the staff who were determined to demonstrate that the Hotel was the best. No but am a little doubtful that I may have paid twice for the reservation and am waiting to check my credit card statements over the next few days to see if things balance up.Ipaid on the net(pre pay) and also at the desk. I expect these to cancel each other out? |

Leaving it Where do I start.....their lack of customer care, bad staff attitude, lack of room services, bad quality food, the hotels wish to charge for everything (no iron in the room so you must pay for ironing). |

Although a few kilometers from the Old Town, the hotel is an oasis that more than makes up for the distance. The rooms have sea views that are lovely, and the pool and other facilities are first rate. The sushi bar was an unexpected delight. The shuttle bus from the hotel runs in the mornings and in the evenings. It would have been nice to have a few afternoon return runs. |

The room was very nice, bed comfortable, great balcony and view. Staff was great. When I could not open the room safe to access my wallet and passport, they sent someone to open and reprogram the safe in less than 5 minutes and we did not miss the 6pm shuttle into town. Diving was fantastic (our 1st experience) as was swimming in the sea. No sand beach, but for us, not aproblem. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and my wife loved the hotel and our time there! Breakfast was wonderful, but we did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel, but would like to try that if we were to return. I just wish we had more time to spend in Croatia. No, all was great |

The rooms were large. Good gym. Yes - many things. Firstly, they advertise the hotel as a 5 star and although they have a large number of facilities, the rooms were very basic. Most importantly, the Air Conditioner did not work - we followed up on this several times and actually heard other guests also complain. The room remained at 24 Degrees Celcius and we could not sleep throughout the night. Also, our 180 degree waterfront view was obstructed by a large concrete wall. The location is also a bit far out and relies on buses to get to the old town. Very disappointed. |

The setting of the hotel was beautiful. Some of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was not happy with the service at this hotel. Some of the staff were very good but others were not helpful and unpleasant. I spent alot of money on this hotel and was expecting more. I was also not impressed about the fact that there was not an iron available. |
