Excellent facilities at a superb location overlooking the Adriatic, secluded on the Lapad peninsula but only a 10 minute regular bus trip away from Dubrovnik old town. The evening buffet meals in the main restaurant were of average quality for the price. |

Very nice staff, beautifull hotel with first class facilities (free use of the business center - excellent spa). Very good breakfast buffet.Splendid view, easy to access the sea from the hotel garden, perfect shutle service to the old town. Very good pool restaurant (somewhat expensive on the wine!) If any negative remark then maybe the Occitane line of soaps and liquids in the room which did not smell very well. I would change it, but it is really a very minor detail. |

We particularly enjoyed the seaviews from room and dining room and the hotel was in a very quiet situation. The "continental" single beds pushed together to form a double! Would have been comfier with a proper double bed. |

nice place, excellant view, silent, perfect for rest. most of the staff is very professional i asked for room service, meal and still water. Still water was open and i'm sure it was refilled from tap. i complained at reception, nothing happened. Next they i complained at reception again, there was different stuff, they were very professional, they managed the situation as it should be managed. |

The hotel staff were friendly and very accomadating to our needs. The hotel sleeping room bathrooms need to be updated. would be great to serve food at the outdoor bar. |

The view, Maslina restaurant, fresh apples to the pool, the bed, friendly personnel. Poor quality breakfast, the walls and the bottom of the pool is plastic not too clean. |

nothing, pool small no space near pool or beach.... if you can call concrete as beach, price of food high, no activity for children. it can be nice for couple. no value for money, small space near pool and sea. food cost high. |

We stay 10 nights. to many days for such hotel. nothing, pool small no space near pool or beach.... if you can call concrete as beach, price of food high, no activity for children. it can be nice for couple. No real value for money. pool and sea area small, nothing for children of all age. |

the view/the swimmingpool,private beach food was not at the quality claimed with the prices charged, the room was too small for the money we were charged, if the price was cheaper according to what we had to use then i beleive i would have been happier. we feel cheated, as we dont beleive we have received for what we had paid for. |

It was a brilliant hotel all very top notch. Great facilities and amazing location. As in everything we did in Croatia the staff were very helpful and polite. A truely first class hotel and deserves it's reputation. |

beautiful ocean view from the room. Staff are very polite. Outdoor and indoor pools with full ocean view (sun set). The massage staff at spa had good technique Food Prices are fairly expensive (all Dvrovnik is). Sushi Bar staff was very friendly, but prices are too high. |
