Great Location with direct access to the clear blue water at the beach. We really appreciated the early checkin. We arrived from the Bari-Dubrovnik Ferry at about 8 am and didn't expect to get a room and were delighted when we did. The lovely balcony areas overlooking the sea were great for a relaxing snack or drink. The buffet dinner included a wide range of food freshly cooked by chefs in the dining area. All the staff were very professional. The regular local bus (every 20mins) into the old town was very convenient. We didn't need to use our car. |

This hotel is in a great location. The view is amazing and the food is good. Staff are friendly and try hard to please. I will definitly recommend this hotel and would like to come back again in the future. The beach front needs to be improved. It is mostly rocks and if it could be turned into sand it would become usable. |

Nice terrace, lifts, good beach and regular bus to the old city. Good breakfast. Need bathroom renovation, better cleaning of the room. Do something with great number of ants. |

Eating anywhere but at the Hotel The food was awful, as Australians we are pretty easy to please, and love Balkans food. That was not available, the hotel seemed to be trying to provide western cuisine, but the result was terrible. Also, they said the breakfast went until 11am, but the food is put away at 10am, so if you turn up after that you can get just coffee. |

All rooms have a seaview, the beach is pebbels but very nice, the water is so clear. Breakfast is brilliant and sets you up for the day, the busstop is just outside the hotel, get the No.6 bus to/from the old city. The rooms are a nice size and the balcony is the same size again. There was no coffee/tea making equipment in the room. |

We actually found it hard to leave the hotel the facilities, location, scenery, food, service, wellness area (pool, sauna, massages etc) were amazing! We loved the hotel and we will be back. We loved the fact that all areas of the hotel over looked the sea our room, breakfast, lunch & dinner, drinks for sunset, the glass lift... |

The chef-cook at breakfast was ''pro-active'',not just with me (who obviously enjoy my food), but also with English ladies to whom he made friendly suggestions as they looked at the variety of delicious alternatives. We must also specially mention John, who when the No.7 bus failed to turn up gave us a personal taxi ride to the shuttle bus. Four Star hotel- Five Star service! Die Toilettenbürsten waren sehr hart,man beschädigt damit die Keramik. |

Staff friendly and co-operative. Had to chase up staff to get the bill at restaurant on a couple of occasions. However, both man and woman working there otherwise excellent.. |

Great structure. Maja, the lady at the Hospitality Desk was extremely helpful and nice (she really gives the term "hospitality desk" a perfect meaning!). Brakfast was excellent and room was very comfortable and spacious. |

Room is enough big but overall facility, equipment in the room is a bit old. Breakfast is very good and wide selections of food. Food quality of A la carte restaurant is definitely not enough as price. Just go old city! Private beach is very clean,calm and well controlled by staff. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We could use pool and private beach even after check-out. |

The room was very confortable and clean. I really enjoyed the room The staff was not very nice to us. The breakfast was not very nice. I think they should improve the food service and also the staff should be more friendly. I found them all very serious and not friedly at all. |

Hotel Staff were superb - friendly, efficient, helpful. Restaurant and dining facilities generally were excellent. Beach, swimming pool and fitness centre facilities were first class. Kids Club was great. Something needs to be done to improve the Lifts. |

the location .the swimming pool..the food. the evening music provided lack of gardens with shade / the beach chairs and umbrellas had to be put up by ourselves which were a bit of a difficulty for us. the terraces outside the rooms were needing to be hosed down as they were a bit grubby. we asked for this but they were only swepted with a brush, |

Service, staff, and location were great. The rooms were spacious with great views. The door to door bus service to Town was excellent. It was quiet and we loved our stay - given the time, we would go back in a second! Not having wireless Internet in the room. |
