La struttura valida,gli ampi spazi, le terrazze dove la sera si ascolta musica, il ristorante che oltre ad una buona cucina offre tramonti da sogno. La possibilità di non spostare l'auto in quanto davanti all'albergo transita ogni 10 min. Un autobus per la citta' vecchia. La zona mare attrezzata, la security.

Le camere sono ampie e ben disposte, I bagni sifficentemente grandi e funzionale. La posizione ottima,la pulizia siifficente

Gli ascensori sono esterni e progettualmente datati e insufficente per soddisfare il flusso di gente dell albergo.. Limpianto di irrigazione sconfina con I getti d acqua all interno del terrazzo della camera. Il servizio del ristorante alla carta e insufficente e il menu non sufficentemente ricco di portate ,inoltre il personale addetto non e qualitativamente in grado di soddisfare il rating del hotel

Location, seeview, nice clear sea, silence in room, near to old town, suppers were quite well, friendly staff but not everybody

Old bathroom equipment (bathroom is need in renovation first of all), old lifts and sometimes they were broken or blocked, and also blocked with us((, staff in restaurant is slow, especially in Elafity restaurant, In Buffet restaurant dont remove plates from table in time. Also I didnt like beach facilities, a lot of sunbeds were partly broken, not clean, and we had to take them and umbrellas and placed on the beach without any help from the staff. Spa...i cant recommend it. For children - there is nothing for babies&children. I think the price of the hotel is not for such service and hotel facilities. For ex. Valamar Lacroma is modern hotel as some people said, and the price is the same.

Excellent hotel with incredibly friendly staff and great location close to the Old Town. I'd recommend it.

We receive a great service. Hotel has an incredible view and very clean beach. Wonderful place to relax in peace. I want you thank all hotel employees for the great warm and smiley service.

A little bit far from Old city but easy to reach with Bus (Dubrovnik is not a big city but you can not walk that distance) The worst thing in Hotel is internet. Wireless connection is very low, disconnected too many and to my mind expensive.

Great location, very comfortable, helpful staff. Perfect base to do Dubrovnik town and have a chill out too with wonderful scenery all around

1. Convenient location: though quite far from Dubrovnik Old City, can be easily reached by bus #6, which terminal station is right in front of the hotel. All rooms have sea view, you can enjoy wonderful sunsets both from the room and from the hotel beach. Nice park near the hotel, close to it - small shopping center with food and drinks (packaged), souvenirs and beach stuff (towels, swimming suits, etc), cafes and a restaurant. 2. Excellent breakfast: variety of choice & tasty. 3. Very good private beach (though pebble) with very comfortable sunbeds. 4. Outside lobby bar with nice sea view. 5. Some rooms have huge terraces where you can even make picnics:)

The hotel was most likely renovated in late '90, but the room we stayed in and some other public areas looked already shabby and old-fashioned, and the renovation was done without attention to details. Our room smelled of moist, and though it was "romantic room" - the look and feel of the bathroom ruined the whole idea of romance-(((. For 4* hotel you would expect a more quality decor / technical equipment.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Beach was lovely and there were good facilities. Beautiful location out of town, so away from the crowds, but easy to get to Dubrovnik. Prices for food and drink at hotel very reasonable.

The hotel locates near the beautiful sea and has private beach. The beautiful sun set can be looked from all sea side room.

There was not enough number of staffs for service counter.

Fabulous spa area with a beautiful indoor pool together with a huge outside sundeck area - lovely and quiet and a great adult relaxing space!

Can hardly think of anything negative to say but if pushed the housekeeping could step up a little bit - bed was made and fresh towels every day together with a sweep of the floor alternate days but no cleaning up of the bathroom or washing of glasses if used. However please take this as a very minor point - we were delighted overall and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends.

Attitude of staff verry bad, as they dont care about the guests Told us as we arrived that no roo sm is avaliable and will send us to another hotel although we had a confirmed Book.com reservstion. Only after dispute gave us room (they were overboooked). Other staff had poor attitude including room service. Beach was overcrowded. We do not recommend the hotel

I liked the luxury, even though it was a long ways from the old town. However, the Dubrovnik 3 day ticket was well worth it. I enjoyed the swimming pool each A.M. The little shopping area quite nearby was a fine area to explore. As a single client I appreciated the fact I could buy a bottle of wine and have the remainder put away for the next night. The hospitality girl is a treasure!..

I did not like the pebbly beach. It was too hard on my feet. I felt the price of wine and food was a bit expensive, but if one wants to live in luxury, I guess one has to expect to pay for it.
