Situated right by the Neretva River, Djudja i Mate offers organised trips on a traditional wooden boat and daily trips to nearby cities. Facilities include a traditional tavern. Situated 4 km from Metkovic and right next to the Archaeological Museum of Narona, the spacious rooms at Guest House Djudja i Mate have private balconies. All rooms equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The tavern-like restaurant has a summer terrace and it serves grilled meat dishes prepared in an open fire and other recipes from the valley region, such as eel and smoked ham. The guest house offers organised rides into the river’s wildlife reserves on a traditional Ladja, a typical wooden boat. De gastvrijheid van de uitbaters. Het is een goede locatie voor een kort verblijf en om van daaruit uitstappen in de omgeving te doen. Niet geschikt voor een verblijf langer dan 3 of 4 dagen.

Da alles so geklappt hat,wie bei BOOKING.com angegeben,kann ich nur Gutes berichten. Besonders das reichhaltige Frühstück ist zu erwähnen. Alles in Allem: sehr zu empfehlen!!

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, hatte eine Klimaanlage, allerdings keinen Balkon und wirkte etwas düster, so dass man (bei Temperaturen während unseres Besuches von über 35°c) gezwungen war, sich anderweitig draußen aufzuhalten - entweder auf der Restaurant-Terrasse (schön gelegen direkt am Fluss) oder irgendwo außerhalb. Das Restaurant ist preiswert und gut - das Frühstück ausgezeichnet! Direkt gegenüber ist ein neues und modernes Museum zu Funden aus der Römerzeit der Region. Wir hatten es für eine Nacht und vor allem wg. Seiner Lage in Grenznähe zu Bosnien gebucht, da wir von dort aus Mostar besuchen wollten.

The staff was really very friendly. Room was decent, also a bathroom. Food at their restaurant was excellent, the boat-trip was interesting for nature lovers.

Está cerca de la frontera con Bosnia y para visitar Mostar está bien. Ofrecen el desayuno a parte del precio de la habitación y está bien, te ponen torilla o huevos revueltos y pan con mermelada, miel, mantequilla, queso de huntar, etc zumo, cafe y leche. Cuando llegamos habían dado nuestra habitacion a unos muchachos franceses que debian ir de excursion de fin de curso o algo asi porque iban muchos juntos y tuvimos que esperar más de media hora hasta que desocuparon nuestra habitación para que pudieramos entrar nosotros. La televisión satelite solo se ven 5 o 6 canales y ninguno de ellos en castellano.
