Location. Peace. Hotel is good but it seems that investment in refurbishing simply wasn't enough, e.g. bathrooms are good but for 250 euros per night we expected better facilities. Breakfast is also not impressive. |

pleasant location, and good recreational facilities. Good size pool, gardens and 15 minutes walking distance to town. The booking was made in Euros, but on settling the account they insisted converting the bill into Kunas at an exchange rate about 20% below the going rate. The result was that on a four night stay, my actual cost increased by £72!! Very annoying and I shall certainly not recommend this hotel. |

Large outdoor pool set in wooded parkland with plenty of space and mature conifers. Located within easy walking distance of seaside park with rocky beaches and with an attractive (30min) coastal walk to the centre of Rovinj. Uncrowded indoor pool/sauna/jacuzzi and fitness centre (in August). Modern characterless functional building |

This is a very good situated Hotel middle in a mediterranean forest. The rooms are spacious and newly furbished. The staff was very kindly and room was clean. The room was in one of the wings and the aircon didn't work on the glass covered gallery, but it was advertised. This was a real sauna! The quality of the dinner was really common. |

Beautiful location, quiet even though there were many children and families in the hotel, great outdoor facilities (pool, ping pong, facilitated activities, sunbathing areas, cycling) good support for tourism info, easy to walk to city center, wonderful walks along the coast Room was a bit small, one of the closets did not open (door jammed), room location was poor (looking over the parking lot) and balcony was extremely small. But these were not major detractions, I would still recommend the hotel. Just ask for specific room location. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Internet access was relatively expensive and had to be purchased day-by-day. For an up-scale hotel like this, internet should be offered at no extra charge. |

The rooms are spacious and clean, the surroundings is great and the stuff very helpful. The breakfast is well served. As we went around a lot, we cant really say anything about the hotel animation. |

The location of the hotel is excellent: very close to the beach and not far from the the downtown. Sea side rooms have a great view to the beautiful garden of the hotel. Great atmosphere, nice bands playing various music in the evenings. |

we liked the location away from town but walknig or biking distance. the room was comfortable enough. the major guests were german and they left their kids to run around out of control and they are loud. The hotel allows smoking in the looby and it is a terrible welcome together with the over loud piped in music. Our maid was sloppy and the towels were not clean that were left for us. |

sehr schön im Park gelegen, kostenfreier Parkplatz gleich am Hotel, großer Pool, Liegen auf der Wiese und unter großen alten Bäumen, Nähe zum Meer, guter Service, Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Balkon sehr schmal, zwei Personen konnten nur mit Mühe Platz finden, Einstieg in die Badewanne/Dusche sehr schwierig |

La posizione della struttura in zona tranquilla ma poco distante dal centro di Rovigno,immersa in un parco naturale,la disponibilità del parcheggio,camere abbastanza insonorizzate,ampi spazi comuni,sala fitness,wellness..... Soggiorniamo all' Eden dal 2002 ma è evidente la differenza tra la gestione del gruppo Melia e l'attuale che è piuttosto scadente,e che delude le aspettative della clientela abituale.Considerazioni ed aspetti che portano a valutare altre strutture..... |

Die Lage, Der Garten 1. Das Frühstücksangebot entsprach in keinster Weise den Standart eines 4 Sterne Hotels (Cafe war nicht geschmackvoll, Brot und Brötchen waren nicht immer frisch, Obst war immer überreif) 2. Die Qualität der auszuborgenden Bikes war unfassbar unseriös. Defekte Bremsen, erkennbar unserviciert usw, und noch dazu viel teurer als andere Anbieter 3. Das Bedienpersonal (Poolrestaurant Orlando Grill) war unglaublich unmotiviert. 4. Kein reservierter Strandzugang am Meer. 5. Die Poolanlage ist zwar nett, allerdings zu klein. 6. Das Angebot für die Benutzung des Internets ist etwas kreativlos (eine Wochen,- bzw. eine mehrtägige Pauschale gibt es nicht) |

szuper helyen fekszik, még az egyéves gyerkőccel is sétatávolságra volt a belváros. Gyönyörű a parkja, az öböl, ahol a szálloda fekszik. csak reggelit kértünk, de az ételek nem voltak igazán ízletesek. Persze azért éhen nem maradtunk, de egy 4*-os szállodától többet vártam. |

Die Suite besteht aus zwei ursprünglichen Einzelzimmern, wobei das Bad immer noch so klein ist, wie beim ursprünglichen Einzelzimmer.Aus dem zweiten Einzelzimmerbad ist inzwischen eine kleine Küche geworden, allerdings ohne Geschirr und mit total verdreckten Herdplatten. Auch die Badezimmerfugen sind schwarz vor Schimmel und eckelerregend. |

Internationales Flair - sehr schön ist die Garten-/Parlanlage. Sehr ruhig und angenehm. Großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet, eher schon Brunch. Von unserem Zimmer 348 hatten wir einen scheusslichen Blick über das Dach eines Anbau's auf eine Baustelle. Der Anbau gehörte wahrscheinlich zur Küche, es lief Tag und Nacht ein Lüfter - sehr störend in der Nacht, dazu kamen die Gerüche zu den Essenszeiten. Das Zimmer ist auch relativ klein, zu zweit steht man sich häufiger auf den Füßen - sind das wirklich 4 Sterne? |

geschmackvolle Zimmer und schöne Balkone, herrlich weitläufige Park-Rasen-Anlage mit vielen Liegen, gepflegter Pool in Schwimmbadgröße, Ruhe, Strandnähe mit für die Region Rovinj einzigartigen Kiesbuchten (wenn auch vermutlich künstlich angelegt) in traumhafter Landschaft, Nähe zu einer der schönsten und urtümlichsten ("Kulturhaupt-") Städte Europas das Putzpersonal gehört noch geschult; es dürfte nicht sein, dass man volle Abfallkübel am Nachmittag den Damen nachtragen muss, weil bis dahin noch kein Zimmerservice stattgefunden hat und man die Reinigung des Balkonbodens extra ordern muss - wobei das Bemühen nach diesem Fauxpas dann wieder sehr rührend war. Ein mehrmals täglicher Shuttle-Bus-Service vom Hotel ins Zentrum von Rovinj und retour wäre sehr sinnvoll, da nicht alle Gäste per Auto anreisen oder wanderfreudig sind (zumal doch auch recht viel älteres Publikum das Haus frequentiert); hygienisch prima, dass es für die komfortabel breiten Matratzen Schoner gibt, allerdings gehören auch die besten Matratzen nach einigen Jahren ausgewechselt, weil allmählich durchgelegen |

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Umgebung und die Nähe zum Ortskern sind ideal. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu renoviert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Es gibt genügend Liegen im Park und der Pool ist sehr groß. Leider liegen am Strand sehr viele Glasscherben. Vielleicht kann man noch mehr Einstiegstellen ins Meer baggern, um leichter ins Wasser zu gelangen. Das Personal im Wellnessbereich sollte vielleicht etwas besser Englisch sprechen. Beim Frühstück sollte es mehrere Toaster geben und nicht nur einen. Bei einer Buchung nach Venedig sollte man vorher besser daraufhinweisen, dass noch erhebliche Kosten dazukommen, von denen man erst am Schiff erfährt. Ein Sonnensegel über dem Kinderpool wäre ideal. |
