Good location right by the sea. Room was clean initially when we arrived and the apartment building is modern and clean with a garden at the back and 30 second walk to the seafront. Croatian TV has many English films and shows which was good. Beautiful view from balcony. Smallest room i have ever stayed in my life. We were eaten alive by mosquitos-the brown marks on the walls which i didnt know what they were at the start were the squished remains of previously blood filled mosquitos-these were not cleaned from the walls. You get what you pay for but a fan should be supplied. I cant imagine staying here at the height of the summer-it would have been hell. As there is no fan you have no option but to leave a tiny window open otherwise you cant breathe, but then the mosquitos get in. They need to supply a fan for each room and install proper mosquito killers outside each balcony, budget or not. Shame because otherwise it would have been fine. |

For us personally it was a convinent place to stay on the Dalmation coast The room we had was at the roadside of the hotel and with the traffic noise through the night was quite noisy.Would reccommend anyone staying there to ask for a room on the seaward end of the hotel.Internet was only available in lobby which was not so convinent |

The staff were very helpful. We arrived very late and they were incredibly friendly. Yep. Sorry Esperanca but without aircon it was too hot in the apartment. I would stay with you again outside of summer time but not in the heat, I didnt sleep. However if you put mosquito netting on windows or hanging over beds I am sure this would help because windows could be left open as you have excellent German windows. |

Apartaments are located next to the sea side with very nice view. It is very easy to drive from there to Zadar. No problem with parking our car. It is located very close to main road to Zadar which makes it very noisy at night. |

Clean room, severol towels, enough kitchen equipment, close to the beach, deck-chairs free to use. The staff couldn't provide bus schedule which made it hard to know when you could take the bus that only came less then once an hour. The beach was painful to walk on because of the stones. Warm rooms. |

The apartments were in a good location which is not yet too 'touristy', the staff were very pleasant and we had a beautiful sea view. There was no hot water in our apartment from Thursday to when we left on Sunday. Although we still had cold water, it was inconvenient to have to get a key to another apartment (on the other side of the building) every time we wanted to take a shower. |

Clean and neat, if somewhat small, room. Very good location - right by the (pebbly but very nice) beach. Also, good starting point for city trips to Zadar and Sibenik. Take a fan with you, as there is no a/c in the rooms. |

Great view, great location, family-run and a great overall value. Rooms were clean and staff (family) was very helpful. Directly on the beach, safe and beautiful out-of-the way location. Easy access to restaurants and supermarket. A little hard to find, and breakfast was offered next door (not in our hotel) but this was not at all a major inconvenience... |

The hotel owner was so fabulous and catered to our every need. She was so considerate and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. So generous. The rooms were clean and incorporated exactly what we needed. 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. |

Hyfsade badmöjligheter. Litet hotell. Obefintlig service. 1.5 km till affär. Restauranger/Frukostmöjligheter i stort sett obefintliga i närheten. Dåliga kommunikationer till Zadar. Vi avbröt vistelsen efter 3 dagar och flyttade in till Zadar. |

Utsikten Dårlig service, inget hotell I närheten med frukost som dom utlovade I sin annons.(Detta hotellet var stängt för seongen) Fick "jaga" ungdomarna som "var personal" på hotellet. Fick be om att dom skulle göra rent golven I lgh. Inga sopor blev tömda på rummen. Lyset utanför hotellet var inte tänd kvällstid (fick be dom att tända). Efter 2 dygn börja dom tjata om att vi skulle betalai förskott...något vi inte gjorde. |

Bra personal, rent och modernt, bra läge vid stranden, Dåligt med varmvatten, ligger nära huvudvägen Zadar - Biograd, ligger lite off side, bil behövs för att äta ute och handla. Ingen frukost på hotellet. |

очень уютные квартирки,все чисто,море просто в дверь бьется и чистое,только тапочки покупайте сразу т.к. и по маленьким камушкам ходить больно! Магазинчики кафешки пекарни все рядом.Люди очень милые,а хозяева просто - супер!!! |
