The Esperanca apartments are located directly at their own private beach in Sveti Petar and offer you tastefully furnished apartments for 2 or 4 people. Lepi apartmaji, bližina plaže, lepo čisto morje, novejši apartmaji, mirna okolica, privatna plaža z ležalniki in marelami. Ni klime pa bi bila potrebna.

Ochotný mladý správce vždy po ruce se snahou pomoci. Projevil se nedotatek v chybějící klimatizaci. Kuchyňka řešena neprakticky a vybavení bylo dost "jeté". Vybavení apartmánu vypadá nově, ale je už poruchové. Působí laciným dojmem.

Szuper elhelyezkedés, a tengerpart valóban 10 méterre van az apartman mögött. Saját napozóágyak, és napernyők, privát strandrész. Kérésemre tengerre néző erkélyes szobát kaptunk. A szomszédos hotelben lehet reggelizni néhány euróért, akár spontán is, bejelentkezés nélkül. Bárkinek szívesen ajánlom, szívesen visszamennék bármikor. Ár érték arány nagyon jó. Légkondi hiánya. Tisztaság nem 100%-os. Csak készpénzzel lehet fizetni.

Položaj apartmana je vrlo dobar,čak i bez prevelike buke s obzirom na blizinu Jadranske magistrale.Opremljenost apartmana odlična.Lijepo dvorište i prilaz plaži,koja je od apartmana udaljenja 30-ak metara. Loši kreveti i madraci koje definitivno treba podhitno zamijeniti.Terasa premala s obzirom na veličinu apartmana.

Eins vorweg: es gibt 1Zimmer und 2Zimmer-Wohnungen, wobei die größeren eindeutig die besseren sind: Sie liegen viel weiter von der relativ lauten Hauptstraße entfernt und sind für 2 Personen ausreichend groß; außerdem bieten sie einen tollen Meerblick (Entfernung zum sehr schönen, aber kleinen Privatstrand: 20m durch den Garten voller Feigenbäume). Ausstattungsmäßig sind alle Wohnungen gleich und für den Kurzzeiturlaub gut eingerichtet. Das Haus ist modern und sehr gepflegt, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Fazit: Wir würden wieder kommen. Die 1-Zimmerwohnungen sind höchstens für 1 Person geeignet und liegen alle zur gut befahrenen Hauptstraße (Entfernung: ca 20 m). Es gibt zu wenig Strandliegen, die sich einige "Profis" auch noch den ganzen Tag per Handtuch reservieren... Entgegen der Angaben bei Booking: Frühstück gibt es keines. Wifi -Empfang gibt es nur im Erdgeschoss im Bereich der Rezeption.. Eine Klimaanlage wäre ebenfalls eine gute Investition sowie eine Beschilderung, da die GPS-Koordinaten nicht stimmen! Tip hier: einfach den Schildern des Hotels "Mare Nostrum" folgen: es liegt direkt nebenan.

Il mare è davvero a due passi. Appartamento piccolissimo e soffocante. Per respirare abbiamo dovuto cambiare un appartamento per due persone con uno da tre, a prezzo maggiore. Il mare è a due passi, ma dall'altra parte è anche a due passi la strada statale. Dotazione dei cosiddetti appartamenti davvero minimale (manca, ad esempio, una scopa), il negozio di alimentari è a un chilometro. Il personale è gentile ma con evidenza ha compiti di semplice guardania. I posti auto non coprono il numero degli appartamenti, quindi capita di dover parcheggiare in strada. Per chi viene da Zara non c'è nemmeno una targa visibile per individuare il complesso .

Apartma, ki smo ga imeli je soba, ne apartma, garderobna omara se ni dala odpreti, na TV večino programov kodiranih ali pa ni bilo signala, apart za kavo je bil zamazan in neuporaben, ni bilo đezve, pribor skrivljen.... Za ceno 60 eur bi moral biti klimatiziran

Szép, kényelmes, újonnan épült apartmanház. Közvetlen tengerparti, napernyők, napozóányak. Hiányzik a légkondi, sajnos az ablakok kinyitása esetén nagyon sok volt éjszaka a szunyog.

Super poloha, vstup do moře přímo ze zahrady, k dispozici zdarma lehátka a slunečníky. Apartmám příjemný a čistý, jen kuchyňský kout nedostatečně vybaveny, vhodný pouze na velmi jednoduché vaření. Celkově jsme byli spíše spokojeni.

La vue de la chambre Chambres exiguës, difficultés à ouvrir deux valises à cause du manque d'espace. Personnel peu aimable et expéditif Appartement introuvable et très mal signalisé. Plusieurs personnes de l'hôtel l'ont fait remarquer aux propriétaire.
