The staff, indoor pool , the room , the view , location , the tavern's food (the best and cheap pizza in the world), beackfast and last but not least ...the le show (Liburnia Entertainment) The outdoor pool (it was for the children), the taxes for the umbrella's and chairs at the beach and also for the usage of the internet and the parking places. |

The location in Lovran was good with it being a short bus ride from the more lively Opaltija. The room was comfortable and a decent size and the food was good. In our opinion this hotel was not a 4* status. It was very dated and the outdoor area in particular was very disappointing with lots of repairs needed. The staff were not too friendly and we didn't feel very welcome. Poor value for money compared to over 4* hotels in Croatia. |

Nice rooms, facilities, helpful staff, clean rooms the elevator was always busy, so we hadto wait minutes to get one where we could fit. If you do not want to pay 7 EUR/day for the garage then you have to fight for parking places. beach is dirty near to the hotel, so you have to travel to Medveja to have a nice beach. |

A very nice hotel, spacious and modern rooms. Good location, not far from the old city. There is also free public parking available within 100 m of the hotel on a first come first served basis. The a la carte restaurant on level 1 has a very good range of reasonably priced meals, including fantastic wood fired pizzas for less than 5 euro, as well as music in the evening. Overall, a great hotel! The refrigerator in the room did not work. One other issue is that they charge for the sun beds and the sun shades - this is really a terrible habit originating in Italy, and in a four star hotel the poolside facilities should be part of the service rather than an extra! he breakfast buffet, although good, does get a bit monotonous after a few days. |

het hotel personeel spreekt zeeeer goed engels, 35 euro pppn is natuurlijk NIET veel geld voor de luxe die je krijgt, telefoon, minibar, internetaansluiting, bergzicht OF zeezicht, liften aanwezig, zwembad, zeeer luxe ontbijt met o.a. ham kaas worst, maar ook warm ontbijt met eieren, spek , rijst, groente, aardappelen, vlees, vis, diverse koude salades. eehhh, niet tevreden is een groot woord, maar parkeergelegenheid is een kwestie van geluk denk ik, of het lag aan mij dat ik niet te ver wilde lopen hihi..... |
