Great hotel and lovely big rooms. Was made into a sour trip though as hotel manager robbed me blind by charging me commission to pay by cash, even after i had asked them via e-mail before the trip. Not once did they mention a charge for cash payment in Euros. Cant recommend for this reason Hotel manager Boris was awful and very unhelpful in charging me to pay in cash. Even though i had booked online and already asked about paying in cash, they had never mentioned a commission for doing so

The hotel is very nice,the employers too. The rooms were very clean, and comfortable. The location is not bad too,it is close to the main square. The neighborhood was pretty quiet.

THE hotel staff has à friendly approach. The hotel is clean and the rooms are not the typical hotel rooms. THe bathroom had some miner problems. Theo schold have been repaired.

Impressive hotel, with good views of the city and large, comfortable rooms. Sixt rent-a-car is located in the lobby. The hotel is a couple of miles out of the city centre, however there is a taxi rank outside.

overall it was nice stay, 15 minutes walk from the centre, big room, clean with comfortable matrasses. in room is only ethernet cable. all people using wifi have to go down to reception area to use internet that i find bit uncomfortable after all day walk, instead of browsing in your bed...

Hotel staff was very kind and always willing to help. Nice restaurants and bars 50mt from the hotel. Distance to city centre: 20 min walk or 5min by car. Very quiet area.

We got a good deal for the room so it was definately worth staying there even without breakfast included. Room was a good size, bed was big and comfortable. There was a strange musty smell in the room (and the whole hotel really). It needs a good clean and spruce up - especially for a Sheraton brand! The carpet in the room was filthy and I dont think its ever been properly cleaned. That needs to be rectified. Hotel is not in a fantastic area (very run down) and its a good 25 minute walk to the tourist part of the city (which I wouldnt advise in the dark!)

We received a friendly and efficient welcome upon arrival. The room was as expected, nothing exceptional, but was clean, spacious and had a large comfortable bed and air con which was a blessing. Our breakfast was included in the room rate and it was well worth choosing this option. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the central area, but as we were only on a quick stop off this was not a problem as we only went in to town once. There is a taxi rank straight outside which is a bonus.

Quite comfortable, reasonably priced hotel with access to the city centre by a walk and then a tram. Generally a bit impersonal though one lady at breakfast was very friendly and got coffee for us even though it was a self service buffet
