Four Points by Sheraton Panorama Hotel Zagreb  

We received a friendly and efficient welcome upon arrival. The room was as expected, nothing exceptional, but was clean, spacious and had a large comfortable bed and air con which was a blessing. Our breakfast was included in the room rate and it was well worth choosing this option. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the central area, but as we were only on a quick stop off this was not a problem as we only went in to town once. There is a taxi rank straight outside which is a bonus.

The room is comfort and spacious . the staff friendly and cooperative

The air condition is bad . Breakfast is poor .

Not worth it, paid 158 euros for one night as we had to cancel the next night. The ac did not work - several other options in the city.please look else where.

The hotel is positioned near the tram and is relatively close to the city center (40 min by tram).

The hotel is overheated in the winter time and the temperature in the room was too hot. The hotel is in reality a good 3 star hotel. 4 stars are overrated.

I loved it here. Staff were very friendly and rooms were spectacular and clean. The food was awesome especially their breakfast. Thanks

The hotel is ok fot it's price. Good and clean room.

The receptionist wasn't very fast working and adequate but it was ok.

Everythig was good, but internet in the room is cable, not wifi. They have WiFi only in the Lobby

Hotel staff was very kind and always willing to help. Nice restaurants and bars 50mt from the hotel. Distance to city centre: 20 min walk or 5min by car. Very quiet area.

We got a good deal for the room so it was definately worth staying there even without breakfast included. Room was a good size, bed was big and comfortable.

There was a strange musty smell in the room (and the whole hotel really). It needs a good clean and spruce up - especially for a Sheraton brand! The carpet in the room was filthy and I dont think its ever been properly cleaned. That needs to be rectified. Hotel is not in a fantastic area (very run down) and its a good 25 minute walk to the tourist part of the city (which I wouldnt advise in the dark!)

All the staff at the Hotel were very nice and friendly. Everyone spoke English, which made our stay very pleasant because we had no problem communicating (we don't know a bit of Croatian language). There was always someone 24/7. We loved the city and the hotel, we will sure visit again in the near future!

Location. Maybe if the tram line had a nearer station, or had a reliable night service it wouldn't be an issue. Still, we had a great time!

Great view (14th floor). King-size bed. The room was spacious.

Floor was dirty and old (carpet). Bathroom very small but clean. Outdated furniture.

Quite comfortable, reasonably priced hotel with access to the city centre by a walk and then a tram.

Generally a bit impersonal though one lady at breakfast was very friendly and got coffee for us even though it was a self service buffet

- The fantastic view over the city - The hotel didn't have any double room anymore, so we (two persons) got a family suite
