Reception and room service staff was indeed excellent and very friendly and prompt. It was written on booking.com site that room will be ready at 1 pm. We came at 1:30 pm , but the room was not ready and we were asked to wait. However, after we refused to wait and insisted we get the room right away, receptionist gave us upgraded room for immediate occupation and that turned out to be a very good customer service. |

I did leave a comment card in the hotel. 1: set up with internet and working desk, but there's no power outlet for you laptop / other eletrical devises, unless you crawl under the desk on all four. Inconvenient. 2 only 1 bath towel for two persons. 3: Restaurant closed for conferenadce, inconvenienat as not to many restaurants within walking distance. |

Front desk staff was great. Dining staff not as friendly. No air conditioning and it was 30c/90f everyday. Trip Advisor had people list this same problem over the years so I tend to believe they never have air conditioning, or it is out often. |

I booked for a deluxe room for 2 persons with a big bed and we got a classic room with twin beds. The state of the room was bad .... Bad experience this time |

Lovely room with view out over the city, nice breakfast Hotel location is a bit of a distance from centre - but nearby trams get you there quite efficiently |

Clean, nicely appointed, quiet room; excellent breakfast (addl. cost) and front desk service was efficient and very helpful. Parking (addl. cost) is convenient. Full service hotel. 30 minute walk to sites and central plaza. Location is somewhat difficult to find. Old TV. |

Room was clean and, in general, staff from room service to reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great although it was a bit difficult to make our choices on the menu we hung on the door. The bathroom was immaculate and the room was very quiet. A member of the day staff at the reception was rude when we asked her for directions, the air conditioning functioned poorly and a member of the staff on one occasion entered our room without knocking just to supposedly check if we were "ok for drinks". Very bizarre but harmless. |

Room was clean It was a 20 minute walk to the town, and not directly by a tram stop. Breakfast was not included in the rate and was very expensive. |
