Friendly, helpfully staff

Parking place not clear enough signed, no direct way from parking to the
reception. Breakfast very poor, far away from expected by 4*.

Clean, nicely appointed, quiet room; excellent breakfast (addl. cost) and front desk service was efficient and very helpful. Parking (addl. cost) is convenient. Full service hotel. 30 minute walk to sites and central plaza.

Location is somewhat difficult to find. Old TV.

Room was clean and, in general, staff from room service to reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great although it was a bit difficult to make our choices on the menu we hung on the door. The bathroom was immaculate and the room was very quiet.

A member of the day staff at the reception was rude when we asked her for directions, the air conditioning functioned poorly and a member of the staff on one occasion entered our room without knocking just to supposedly check if we were "ok for drinks". Very bizarre but harmless.

Room was clean

It was a 20 minute walk to the town, and not directly by a tram stop. Breakfast was not included in the rate and was very expensive.
