Wij (gezin van 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen) hadden een ruime suite, met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Dit op reservering van een 3-persoonskamer met extra bed. |

de kamers zijn heel proper en het hotel is dicht bij het sport complex het hotel wist niet van mijn booking met heel veel aandringen heb ik een kamer gekregen |

vriendelijkheid en bereikbaarheid dat het personeel als al smorgens vroeg om 10.00 de kamer wilde schoon maken. en als je zei iets later dat ze niet meer kwamen. Het mag iets gast afhankelijker zijn |

Mooi en comfortabel Er stond in de reservering dat wij een bad en een douche zouden hebben, in werkelijkheid hadden wij alleen een douche. Ook waren er geen stopcontacten die wij konden gebruiken. Zoals bijv in de badkamer, maar ook niet bij het bed of ergens anders! |

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. It was a little bit further from the centre of town than was suggested on the website. |

A very good located hotel with a good value for the money. Cable inetrnet in the rooms was not working properly and the hotel misses a gym. Arrange for gym with sauna or even a swiming pool |

Good, comfortable hotel and pleasant breakfast bar. The location! It stated city center, however it is around 5 miles from the city. Not recommended for city break |

Spacious rooms,value for money, comfortable beds,breakfast is good, quiet neighborhood...We enjoyed it a lot The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable is the walk to the main street to catch the tram so if u have lots of shopping bags taxi should be ur alternative |

Marvelous view of Zagreb from 15th floor, quiet city district, spacious room with very good internet access, breakfast on the terrace, big car parking. Far from the city center, old and broken TV in the room, pricey. |

I found what I expected according booking.com hotel description and guest reviews. Not the very city-center, but close enough exploring Zagreb on leisure. When booking found no clear statement that hotel has only pay-parking. Being hotel guest have no need to listen loud "employee education" in public. |

Hotel was situated near by centre of the town Zagreb, trams are just few minutes away and running at very regular intervals, so you could sigtsee town, museums etc. in no time. Friendly polite staff. Quick service. Efficient with any requests or queries. Just right. |

We liked the cosy atmosphere of the environment, green trees, nice cafes around the square... The rooms are rather spacious, decently furnished. A sewage pipe was leaking in the bathroom. Night manager who came in to see it, suggested that we drain the floor using the towels... However, he later sent in a cleaner who cleaned and dried the floor in a few minutes. The next day, the leak was still continuing, and the front desk manager said (when prompted) that they could move us to another room... |

The rooms were very nice and clean Hotel staff, some of them didn't speak English very well. On check-out they tried to charge me with a different price from one I booked. |

Quiet area, friendly personnel. Disaster: reception - understaffed (long waiting), bathroom - wrong set of cosmetics delivered (a lot of shampoos but no shower gel), safe - insufficient for std sized laptop, restaurant - they even took away my glass with juice before I finished breakfast... |

Relatively good location, available parking (paid) and fast internet connection in the rooms (free of charge). Cleanliness of the room could be improved, full set of towels was missing from time to time, so do the minimum required consumables (soap, etc.). Bathroom was kind of old and negligent, eventhough relatively well cleaned. Air conditioning is automatically controlled (swiched on/off) by the hotel staff, i.e. you can not influence it at all. |
