Very comfortable would recommend.

Funimation Borik is excellent place for leisure and rest in winter time. Hotel is in the middle of pine wood and you can swim among trees in outside part of pool. Also, the hotel food was excellent.

I enjoyed the spa/relaxation area.

Croatia mustn't be known for it's wine.

In short - hotel amenities and staff are simply awesome. Spa area is very relaxing and enjoyable. Room was large, clean with direct view to the beach. Food was delicious, plenty of very diverse food for everyone. The best of all is hard working staff in the hotel and their willingness to assist and make your vacation enjoyable.

I can't think of anything even close to be mentioned as downfall.

The staff were extremely accommodating and everyone we encountered in Croatia were friendly. The spa was heavenly and the view of the ocean was phenomenal. Food was very good too.

During breakfast, the lights are turned off promptly at 10 am even when guest are still eating. Even though the buffet closes at that time, the guest that are already eating should be able to finish their meal with the lights on in the restaurant when on vacation.

Location, food, parking. Staff is the best! Very polite and warm!

The all-inclusive is not really all inclusive. Only certain drinks at limited time and there is really no desert or ice cream for kids especially outside meal hours. There is no freshly-brewed coffee for breakfast or orange juice. The coffee is in a huge container probably made two hours earlier. There is orange soda but it's not the same.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were prety nice and big with balcony and sea view. Food was also very nice with big varity. We were enjoying Spa area. Personal were very friendly.

There were naked guy walking around in Spa area. There were a sign that no clothes in sauna but you have to wear them when you go out, aparantlly he didnt care. Also what was bothering that there was only one sauna where you have to go without clothes. For some people it is not appropriate than they do not have choise.

I had a wonderful time. Staff is friendly, room spacious, modern and clean. We had full board and you have various choices to eat and drink as much as you like. I would definitely coma again because I want to enjoy beautiful spa and relaxing treatments.

Excellent value for money. They finaly offer free Wi-Fi.

We booked our room with booking.com and I think It is really a big problem, because: We booked 2 adults and 2 children with their ages , but we got a reservation without exactely explanation for room, only that we choosed family suite and price for room. When we came to the Hotel, we had to pay 300 Euros more than what we expected ( from booking.com we got the price for a room) I think you have to solve this problem with Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik. Next year we wuold not reserve the room with booking.com.

Location is not so good if you want to see the center of city.

The food. Really didn't expect the all inclusive food to be good. It actually turned out to be an excellent huge buffet with so many choices. Didn't have lunch there as we had to leave early but breakfast was also very good.

The rooms and hallways are very outdated. They need some improvements to them. Getting warn out. Also, many, many kids there although that's one thing they cater to and we knew it when we booked.

Overall, this is a fantastic resort, very well equipped from all perspectives. Access to the beach and a large swimming pool, free parking, fast WiFi, and a large buffet are only some of the services offered. The room was in good condition, with a large window, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom.

The resort's price is a little high compared to some of its peers, but it is definitely some well spent money.

Great amenities - lots of pools, enough sunbathing chairs for everyone (luckily, as guests start reserving their chairs as of 6am!!), a varied arrangement of spa treatments at fair prices. Location is great as far as weather and proximity to the city of Zadar.

We would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling without kids. Once you step out of your hotel room, with the exception of the spa, you cannot go anywhere in the resort without the constant presence of screaming and crying kids. The hotel beach is not really attractive, it is quite small, open to the public, and 'dirty' sand. The food is OK - lots of variety, but with over 200 rooms of guests to provide for, it is cafeteria-style : don't expect any refined dining. Their all-inclusive offer includes beverages, but the juices and sodas were so sugary, and the wine so vinegary, that we stuck to water and beer the whole time. We were also very disappointed that the hotel did not foresee anything special for our honeymoon, even though we had let them know we would be there for our honeymoon and they confirmed back to us via email that they would arrange something...

The club had all meals included, an excellent swimming pool and water slide, staff were unobtrusive but there when you needed them, food was good and plentiful and pretty good quality - restaurant staff were great!! We came to Zadar on the way to Italy so a perfect location for us! Thank you

The only negative was the lack of in room tea/coffee, as no room service available, this would have been nice. A very minor issue though.

Excellent Spa and welness facility, the spa team is not really at Falkensteiner high quality service, in Austrai are more professional with a higher hospitality, beautifull see and swimming pool.

Is a big Family Hotel, individuals coupples cannot really find a spot where relax 100% or adult only facilities. But in all the cases I like it a lot, the facilities and the size of the Hotel compensate to this small handicap.

We stayed for the second time in the hotel and this time got a room upgrade. It was very spacious and had everything one needs. The all-inclusive is murder :-) There is from start to end during breakfast, lunch and dinner plenty of freshly prepared food available. The salads are beautifully made.

There was nothing negative of importance. However, we had the impression that the quality of the food was a tiny bit lower then last year. Beware not to book a room with a balcony near the bar. It can be filled with noisy Austrian motor bikers untill 23!

Staff extremely friendly. Lovely spa facilities, ideal for a relaxing long weekend or short stay. All facilities are looked after and clean.I Will definetely recommend it
