“ If you need a place near the airport this place is amazing. It is really a 10 minute walk to the check in counters. Staff is really nice and helpful, and very friendly. Rooms are large and the bathrooms are great. Not much around but they have a good breakfast. A little store and restaurant are nearby, For an early morning flight this can't be beat. ”

Nice hotel really close to Zagreb airport, high quality of food in restaurant with friendly and supportive service, free and fast internet access. Only “disadvantage” for me was too soft bed.

prompt response in solving minor misunderstanding. My booking paper had 7:00 a.m. as a check in time. (their check in time is actually later) They gave me a breakfast while they found the room an get it ready for me. Although they are very near the airport, there are no signs for the Hotel. You see it once you are in front of it.

Very kind stuff, clean hotel, very close to airport, sauna, nice rooms with big tv Quite high prices, small choice of food in restaurant, quite cold water in pool, too little power pludges in the room, towel dryer didnt work, no rooms for smokers

Location to Airport. Staff were attentive, friendly & helpful. The rooms & beds were comfortable and clean. Bar/Restaurant located in stuffy lower levels. Breakfast was adequate, but some of the meats & cheeses could have been fresher. Perhaps due to lack of turnover in the winter season, I found the food aspect particularly lacking.

Very goog location I chose this Hotel, against other comparable and cheaper hotels in the area, mainly because of its spa/restaurant/warm pool facilities, which I intended to use prior to a very long way home. None of this were available!!! NONE!!! No pool, no spa, no restaurant...The laconic explanation by the staff (with a smile): "It is Sunday" They should state this exception in their reservation page (if it really was the reason, since I didn't walk around the facilities to actually see them, even if out of service.) Without those, this hotel is very common and extremely pricy,,,

We could walk to the hotel with luggage from the airport and back the next morning. Restaurant had limited menu but was very good. We left before breakfast and the staff packed us a yogart and sandwich to take with us. Comfortable bed and great bath tub. Ear plugs helped block out barking dogs

The location near the airport. My bath room was the size of a closet. You had to close the door to reach the sink. The shower leaked so the floor was wet when I arrived. Television was useless. Air conditioner was not working so I left the window open and heard dogs barking all night.

The woman working at the front desk was incredibly friendly and very helpful. She gave us directions to a nearby bar (there aren’t many) where we could watch a soccer game that night, and was really all around fabulous. The hotel seemed very new, and everything was clean and modern. The real draw for the hotel is its proximity to the airport, which is why we were staying there - a 7am flight and the free shuttle service provided by the hotel. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring during the night, and our bathroom window opened into the back of the restaurant’s outdoor bar area. It wasn’t an issue because there did not seem to be many other guests and none in the bar, but if it had been busier that would have felt a little weird.

Excellent service and the hotel is just as comfortable and more modern/ updated than so-called 5 stars in Zagreb. We thought this was better than the Regent Esplanade, where we also stayed on this trip. It is very convenient to the airport and they give you free airport transfers with Booking.com. Walls are a bit thin. Breakfast is included, but is a bit basic.
