Sunbath next to swimming pool and sea. Breakfast outside with beautiful view. Hotel Staff/Serivce training needed to improve their response, friendlyness and politeness. Cooked breakfasts were never hot enough |

Lovely location We were disappointed .We emailed a request for champagne and fruit to be in our room on arrival, to booking .com ( We would pay fot this)This was not done at any time during our stay. We would have liked a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together. We also requested an upgrade if it was possible. The hotel was not full. Food not up to standard for price paid |

It was 5 minutes walk from bus centre and Roman Ampitheatre. The night porter didn't charge me for the two nights I had booked when I checked out early. My guide book said that they were renevating but the book was 3 years old and it looked like they hadn't started. My first roon had no toilet seat and stained carpets walls and rotting windows that wouldn't shut. When I asked if I could have another rooms they came up and inspected that I had not touched anything then put me in this tiny room, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for asking to be moved |

The location is perfect for walking to "Old Town". The sea views are not to be beat, the hotel and rooms are decorated lovely. Our room was across the street, but this was no problem for us. The restaurant and pool area have fabulous views. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety to choose from. The air conditioning in our room was inadequate. A maintenance worker came and checked thermostat, said he would be right back and never came. The check out procedure is disorganized and takes too long. Wait staff are abrupt and unfriendly, with the exception of the pool staff who were very nice. |

This is one of two hotels in Dubrovnik with best location and views of Dubrovnik old town which is 10 mins walk away. The views from your room, the beach, the restaurants are spectacular. Hotel is ok, beach was not too crowded. If you want to go to Dubrovnik, beware of places which are in the area but would require a 1/2 hour bus trip to get into old town. Free Internet! Hotel is in many buildings. Not all rooms are the same. You could have bad luck and it would be terrible. Make sure (very sure) you get a room with a sea/Dubrovnik view. A balcony is not essential since there are many terraces you can enjoy. Some rooms could use a face lift. |

With my tour I stayed in the hotel and then was moved to another room with a view of a cement wall. Not my idea of a five star hotel for 170 euro a night. i did object to being moved but they said my reservation was for a "garden view". . The spa staff was excellent. |

Everything--great comfort, easy walking to Dubrovnik, breakfast on the terrace overlooking the old city, helpful staff. There was even a clothesline in the bathroom. It was too far from the Croatian Airline to walk uphill with luggage, so it was necessary to hire a taxi from the airport. |

Great location, not only for its proximity to the Old Town of Dubrovnik (10 minutes walking) but for the fantastic seaside location and views. Included breakfast was also great. Lots of choices and fresh food served on an outdoor terrace overlooking the Adriatic and Dubrovnik's old town, one of the best views I've seen. The room was rather small (typical European old style which I was aware of) but clean and comfortable. |

The hotel itself was lovely, however we received little assistance at check in. Our request for seaview room was denied and no contact from management as a courtesy to us as hoteliers ourselves A lot, without exception to a bountiful breakfast buffet, lunch ok the terrace was poor quality and exceptionally overpricedThe last evening meal of pasta came stale and ore cooked after a second request another meal came worst than the first The staff attitude was poor at all time and lacked any interest to assist |

Location of main building right on the Adriatic. Food at breakfast buffet. No elevators in building. No services (towel, etc.) to go to pool. Horrible coffee at breakfast buffet. Rates of the room extravagant for the quality of room & services. |

The hotel has the most wonderful terrace with an amazing view of Dubrovnik but we found it by chance (is in the sister hotel next door although they have their own one but not as beautiful). The location is excellent: 10 minutes walk from the city. They charge for the parking. Design wise is not very appealing. If you are looking for modern/boutique hotel, don't go there, although they are renovating the sister hotel next door Villa Ursula and hopefully the design will be more up to date. I would try it when they open because they have the most wonderful garden/terrace/views. |

The hotel is well positioned for day trips to Dubrovnik and its sea view rooms are particularly attractive Breakfast was poor. Have never stayed in a hotel with this star rating where coffee was available from a dispenser. They should change this. |

Agentina is a favorite place of ours because of its location in Dubrovnik; easily accessible to anything in the Old City and the wait staff is THE best! |
