Location. Staff. Breakfast in the restaurant looked great but was really not that good. Everything that was supposed to be hot was cold. The rooms are very inconsistent. Some are very small and cramped; others are fine. |

friendliness of staff/ location of hotel/ attention to detail. the only problem,at breakfast there seemed to be quite a few wasps,we were imediately moves inside .. problem solved. think this was the time of year. but only a minor hitch |

This was our second time, second year in a row, and we never regretted. The serenity, elegance, cleaness, highly pleasant staff, vicinity to the old city, beautiful hotel beach and amenities. Garage for the hotel guests is small and cars were exposed to sun (C35+). |

quietness, kind of activities, view, location close to the old city so many room categories and so many different rooms linked to different building's (architecture) makes difficult to find what was expected. |

Beautiful location and private beach The front desk staff was unfriendly to the point of almost being rude. I also found discrepancy between price booked and actually charged at hotel. |

Good all round standard 4 star hotel, friendly staff We were quoted a price in Euro's but charged in local currancy Kunas at the hotel rate, also they charged commission for using a credit card for payment and they added an insurance charge per day which was not on costs quote. So I would mark down the hotel for value for money at 1666 euros it was quite expensive. |

PAID for a sea view room in the grand villa argentina and was given a room across the road in an outside part of the hotel with a viewof the rooftops and partical sea view and the price you gave was not the price I paid it ws more exspensive very disapointed |

The room and the grounds of the Hotel were very nice. The views and the pool area were great. It lacked intimacy, meaning that it felt a little like a cruise ship. Group dining at breakfast put us off a bit. |
