The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would like to have had a quiet room for reading, the music played was too loud and not appropriate to a hotel that advertised itself as 4 star. It would have been nice to have a clean table for breakfast, it was a busy time with coach parties but after their departure the staff didn't appear to be making an attempt to replace soiled table clothes with clean ones. |

good location, good value for money and friendly staff There was not enough sun loungers for the number of guests staying in the hotel. We spent 5 days in hotel and did'nt spend any time at the pool as there were never any sun loungers free. |

Balcony was nice and useful. Quiet especially in the evenings. No system in the pool area to prevent gusts from claiming all the sun loungers with towels for the whole day. We at one point noticed four loungers in a row that were unoccupied for four hours but had towels on them so no one else could use them. Other hotels are very strict in not allowing this to happen. |

Great all-new outfitted room! All the common areas of the hotel have recently been refitted to high standards as well. Everything has been improved&upgraded compared to the informations found online (al-new lobby, bar & restaurant, staircase, brand-new furnishings&bathroom with jaccuzzi) Very good value for the money! The floor of our room should have been cleaned more often. Everything else was extremely clean & neat all the time! |

Lage Das Hotel hat von unserer Reservation via Booking.com nichts gewusst. Glücklicherweise war noch ein Zimmer frei. Der SwimmiingPool ist nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder. Das Wasser war extrem chlorhaltig. Nicht alle Hotelangestellten konnten sich in Englisch oder Deutsch verständlich machen, obwohl sie Kundenkontakt haben. |

uartos e casa-de-banho confortáveis e muito espaçosos: decoração moderna do hótel; piscina interior e exterior agradáveis, próximo da praia (2 min a pé) e com vista para o mar; situado numa zona muito agradável e calma de Dubrovnik; um pouco afstado do centro mas próximo da paragem do autocarro que nos leva ao centro em 15 min |
