Grand Hotel Park  

This hotel is gorgeous. Staff were willing to help and answer all quetions. Breakfast buffet was excellent, well worth the stay in the hotel. Hotel is close to promenade and restaurants with a great selection of local foods. Amenities(pool both indoor and outdoor) were a fantastic relief after a hot day in the sun touring the old city in Dubrovnik. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We found the hotel to be excellent value for money, with good well- equipped facilities. Its location for getting out and abvout in Dubrovnik was good, the room was spacious and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good.

Practical location, nice design, comfortable hotel with professional staff.

It is a pity that acess to the spa (hammam, sauna) is not included in price. I am not sure this was clearly indicated, and even it was, this left a bitter aftertaste. For a 4 star hotel, this seemed a little "cheap". It seems most guests agreed during our stay, as we saw no one in the spa area. Although plentyful, breakfast offer was not the finest in quality.

Fine hotel!

Generally good service, good position, very close to bus station, good parking , good brekfast.Excellent italian restaurant buono just behind the post office , 300 m from hotel park.EXELLENT Pizzas etc ,big portions very good prices. Taste the babic wine...

The room was very small- the cofffe not good

From the very moment I entered hotel, everything was perfect...Staff was so helpful and kind in every moment and they all had smile whenever I passed by them, breakfast was good,and wellness and spa center the best I saw (pool, saunas,shower surprises),... Hotel is new and clean, it has everything you need, parking space as well. I am sorry I stayed only one day regarding bussiness because it seems that one day is not enough to enyoj it. I will definetly come back during summer and enyoj this hotel and Dubrovnik a little bit longer.I strongly recommend everyone to visit Grand Hotel Park.

I liked the service and the staff. Food was also very good and diverse. The position of the hotel suited me very much.

I don't know what can be done about it. Namely, if there are, say, three people bathing at the same time in the Jacuzzi pool, and if they think they can stay there as long as they want, then you are prevented to enjoy the luxury of it. Could the time spent in Jacuzzi be somehow limited to a reasonable period or better surveilled?

+ Our sea view and sunsets were amazing + Very Central in Lapad very Close to Beach. + Easy reach for large supermarket (called Tommy's) + Bus stop (No.6) in to old town (20min) Tickets from news stand 10kn each way.

- Do Not attempt to try the coffe at breakfast.

The 2 pools

Wifi was clearly part of the hotel facitlites but it was not working in our room. I complained and was told somebody would look into it.but despite asking about it a few times nothing happened.When I complained to the management they just shrugged their shoulders "not my problem"I asked for a disconunt on the room due to problem and got silence - shocking way to deal with and serious compliant.I Made it clear I was working whilst on holiday and wifi was important to me.

There are good pool facilities at this hotel and it is well located.

The rooms are very basic, with 2 single beds used for a double room and very bad mattresses. It is certainly not a 4 star hotel more like a 2/3 star. When I enquired about the beds I was told it was the same in all double rooms. I also asked for a better mattress or to move room and I got neither and no help from the staff. I found them to be very immature and unhelpful and certainly lacking in customer service skills. I would not advise a stay here as you will only be disappointed!!
