i read lots about location being not so good but it was actually ok given that it is easy to find from bus station 20 min walk straight on and a 35 min walk to centre but bus stop is next to hotel. maybe the fact that it was no mini bar in room and i prefer to have breakfast buffet but that is nothing major |

The hotel offer a very cheap price for a very simple service. Close to the sea The room is very very very little the distance from the bed and the wall was less than 60 cm, approx 30 cm!!!!). They have room sea front and other with street/mountain front. About the service, I asked for a no-smoking room and it wasn't, for a double bed and there were two twins...They don't have elevator. |

although it was not within walking distance from town,it was quite pleasant to stay..room was good size and good bathroom with excellent shower....they gave an option for cooked breakfast as well,included in price... i prefer something closer,but was 10 mins by car and free parking was available if you knew where to look....had satelite t.v but no one knew how to work it... |

The room was ok and it was clean as well. But the location is in the middle of big supermarkets and after the buses stop running at night the only option is to pay an overpriced taxi or to walk 3 km along a big lonely road. Also the chimney of the restaurants grill also gave a strong authentic aroma to the room as well... If you need a place just to sleep, this might be the option.But do not book this, if you've planning to spend any time awake at the hotel or use the hotel's services (they don't exist in this place). |

Personnel were very friendly but not informed to guide tourists as they are the waiters of the restaurant. There is not lift to second floor where the rooms are located. |

Staff were very nice. Room was clean and had aircon. Nice breakfast apart from omelette. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. At breakfast, the omelette was terrible. There was no help/info about how to get from the airport to the hotel. It was quite a distance to the city centre from the hotel and again no information was available about buses - not really a handy hotel for anyone wanting to see Zadar. |

De ontvangst door een behulpzame, meerdere talen sprekende medewerker was vriendelijk en adequaat. Het ontbijt was uiterst karig, terwijl er op grond van de informatie op de website een continentaal ontbijt te verwachten viel. Wij gaven aan geen vlees of koffie te wensen en dat bleek voldoende reden te zijn om alleen een beetje jam en 2 koppen thee aan te bieden. De ober begreep de opmerkingen in het Engels daarover echt niet. |

Dieses Hotel liegt angenehm nah am Zentrum der Stadt...die Zimmer nach innen sind ruhig...das Ein- und Auschecken geht zügig, und man wird freundlich empfangen...mein Sohn gefielen besonders die Erdnüsse auf den Tischen der kleinen Lobby...;-) |

La habitación muy cómoda y la comida del restaurante muy rica y barata. Sorprende que un edificio tan nuevo y teniendo las habitaciones en el piso 2, no tuviera ascensor. |

Als Übernachtungsgelegenheit zur Weiterreise bzw. Kurzaufenthalte optimal. In ca. 20 Minuten erreicht man den Hauptbushof zu Fuß bzw. es gibt in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle (Buslinien 1 und 4, 1 Fahrt kostet 8 Kuna, ca. 1 Euro). Praktisch ist zudem, dass direkt neben der Unterkunft eine Bank und zwei große Supermärkte (Interspar, Plodine) sind. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber. Das Bad ist auch sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ok. Es gibt Omelette, Weißbrot, Butter, Marmelade, Honig, Tee, Kaffee und Orangennektar. Man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die meisten sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Daher ist es etwas lauter und nicht so gemütlich. Außerdem hört man nachts die Klimaanlage anderer Gäste, da die Entlüftungsmotor auf den Balkonen angebracht sind. |
