Family run small hotel great relaxing atmosphere, like home from home in the centre of novigrad easy access to the beaches marina shops and restaurants, owners were very nice and helpful |

The place is fantastic! The room was big and we had our own patio. There was a loveseat at the end of the bed so we could sit and watch the flat screen tv which was mounted on the wall. The place is so nice and clean! We were only a block from the Adriatic. The owner if very friendly and helpful and has the best breakfast we encountered on our three week trip. We stayed at places costing more and less but the Santa Maria was our favorite of all. If back in the area we would stay there again without hesitation! |

We enjoyed our stay greatly! Staff was extremely friendly and flexible. Breakfast was wonderful and overall atmosphere was very pleasent. Hotel and rooms are very clean. We can gladly recommend Old Stone Guest House Santa Maria. |

The hosts were great, the accommodation really comfortable, the breakfast incredibly tasty, with home-baked cookies every morning, the guesthouse placed in the centre of the town, with easy access to all areas of the resort. A great place for a relaxing vacation. |

Fabulous location for town. Friendly, helpful people--it's family-run. The rooms are modern, well-equipped and spotless. Ideal if you want to be in town. I would describe Novigrad as a family-oriented, blue-collar resort ( based on pre-school-Holiday stay.) For purposes of exploring the surroundings ( hill-towns, etc.) by car, the central location can pose parking concerns, but the staff help as possible. |

This hotel is a real gem, as is Novigrad itself. Family run, newly refurbished rooms in modern design, power shower, fridge, satellite tv , aircon - what more could could you want? Brilliant location in old town, harbourside by a little park, supermarket next door and free parking. Breakfasts were superb. Warm welcome from owners,nothing was too much trouble. Superb! |

Det låg mycket centralt, även om orten är liten. Under den tid vi besökte hotellet kunde vi parkera gratis på gatan utnför. Restaurngen serverade goda vällagade rätter. |

Die nähe zum Strand machte die Badeferien unkompliziert. Die herzliche Bedienung war wohltuend. Das grossräumige Zimmer mit Balkon konnten wir geniessen. |

Die Besitzer sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und sind sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Sehr gute Lage, nahe Strand und Zentrum. Reichliches Frühstücksbuffet. |

besonders schön ist die familiäre Atmosphäre im Hotel, das Frühstück ist super und die Entfehrnung zum Strand beträgt tatsächlich nur rund 100m. Supermarkt, Bankautomat und Kiosk unmittelbar beim Hotel. Sehr gute und preiswerte Küche! Die Parkplätze liegen wirklich etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, allerdings empfanden wir das nicht als stören, da es Möglichkeiten gibt, direkt vor dem Hotel Ein- und Auszuladen. |

sehr nettes familiär geführtes hotel, sehr freundliche besitzer,zentral gelegen, sehr gutes frühstück. ist auf jeden fall eine empfehlung für ein ausgezeichnetes abendessen - fisch !! parklplatz, in der nachsaision kein grosses problem, könnte aber in der hauptsaison eines sein !!! |

L'hotel è bello come struttura, la famiglia che lo gestisce è squisita e molto disponibile (la proprietaria parla molto bene l'italiano). Si mangia ottimamente, è vicinissimo al mare ed anche al centro città. |

Das Essen ist lecker und frisch gemacht, die Zimmer haben eine gute Ausstattung (Tressor, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage) und die Bäder sind neu. Die Mitarbeiter und die Cheffin sind nett und flexibel. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und haben keinen Balkon und der Chef selbst ist eher unfreundlich. |

Das Hotel ist der absolute Geheimtipp. Die freundlichen Mittarbeiter sind stets bemüht für das Wohl der Gäste zu sorgen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gute Frühstück, die Nähe zum Srand und zum Hafen.Die Zimmer sind klein aber gemütlich eingerichtet.Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team von Santa Marija. |
