Very helpful and pleasant owners, lovely garden to sit in. Great location (proximity to Diocletian palace, bus and ferry terminals). Noisy scooters passing under the window late into the night |

The cleaning of the room each day was to a good standard. The hosts were welcoming and provided us with a map and local information. The location is very convenient for the bus stop; harbour; old town. The beds are very very creaky which took a bit of getting used to. The bathroom was a bit out of date and we didn't always get a warm shower. Quite a bit of traffic noise from motorbikes on the road outside but this is probably the same for all central locations. |

The woman who ran the place was friendly and helpful. The hotel was well located in relation to the city, although not perhaps the best area. It's in Split - and Split is fairly disgusting, a city which would benefit from a nuclear strike. |

The location and the room itself was good. The price was quite high hen compared to the other croatian cities but for Split, no problem. I strongly recommend this guesthouse. |

Location of this hotel is excellent. The standard of the room is also pretty high. There were very few facilities - no restaurant or cafeteria. |

The owner Bernarda went out of her way to help us return our hire car, phoning the rental company, letting us follow her to the drop off. All our requests for parking and a quiet room were given to us. Her father took us to the airport for a reasonable rate. |

Close to the beach, nice view of the sea, very friendly and helpful staff (family owned). They even took us to the bus stop when we needed to leave! The only drawback was that our room was right next to the owner's children's family.... it was a little awkward, but convenient. |

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Offered advice and city maps. All in all, nice, neat accomodation in the heart of Split at a reasonable price traffic noise, but that can't be helped |

Very friendly owners (and cat). Lovely environment around the sobe. Price It would have been good for us to be able to boil our own water to make tea and coffee rather than having to ask the proprietors to provide it. |

The owners are friendly though limited in their ability to communicate in English. The location is within easy walking distance to the main sites, but quiet. There are many steps to climb both outside and inside to get to your room and there is no elevator. Seniors beware! |
