El dueño muy atento, hablaba italiano.No tenía desayuno pero había jarra térmica para calentar agua, tazas, té y café.Muy bien ubicado cerca de la zona histórica y puerto.Hay parking enfrente.Es algo caro para las instalaciones que tiene. No hay ascensor.El baño sin extractor, con una ventana grande que no se podía abrir porque se enfriaba todo el dormitorio. |

No es exáctamente un hotel, es más bien una pensión pero está limpio y muy céntrico (casi pegado al Palacio de Diocleciano) y aunque aparcar en la zona estaba muy difícil, el dueño del alojamiento nos consiguió un sitio retirando su coche para meter el nuestro. El precio es un poco elevado en relación con otros alojamientos similares en Croacia. |

El trato personal, lo hospitalarios que fueron. Su situación céntrica es fantástica. Es un hotel pequeñito y muy familiar. Los detalles bien cuidados. Nevera y aire acondicionado en la habitación. Todo muy correcto y limpio. Trato cercano y amable al cliente. No es que no me haya gustado, simplemente se puede mejorar, el tener un canal de tv en español. |

La atención impecable, gente super amable, habitación extra-limpia y estupenda, y la ubicación en pleno centro de Split a un paso de la playa y la ciudad. Todo se podia hacer andando!! |

La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad sin tener que desplazarme innecesariamente para visitar los lugares de más interés en Split. No necesariamente. Pero siempre prefiero poder tomar desayuno antes de salir y como hotel familiar no tiene ese servicio. Por lo demás no tengo problema. |

This guesthouse was close to Diocletian's Palace and the owner was very helpful in getting us settled and making free parking available nearby. The rooms are small but not cramped and the beds were comfortable. This is a very old building and the bathrooms could use some updating; our shower stall doors were coming off their tracks. |

We stayed in a 3 bed room with kitchenette and bathroom. The room was very cosy, comfortable and clean. The Vrlic family were lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, 2 mins walk to the old historic centre and 5-10 mins walk to the bus station and Ferries to the islands. Hot water in bathroom ran out quite quickly. Only enough hot water for 2 showers at a time. |

Nice place indeed. The owner Bernarda will help you with whatever help you need. She will talk a lot and very fast. I went to pay my room and was invited a home made cherry brandy. Rooms were confortable and location good enough for a short stay. If I go back to Split, I'll stay here again. |

Location, style and friendlyness. Our bathroom was cold with no way of warming it up. Also, when we had a shower the hot water ran out quickly. I'm sure it would be fine in the height of summer but not October. |

very relaxing and welcoming - nothing too difficult to ask for. very professional in all areas yet totally friendly and homely, and provided great information about area. We totally enjoyed sitting in the garden at night talking to other travellers. Quiet venue, could come and go as we wanted, location in centre of city and close to all amenities. |

Our arrival early in the morning produced a very friendly greeting and great effort was made to ensure out comfort while we waited for our room to be made ready, The room was sympathetically furnished and the apartment was convenient for buses and walking into town. There were some items left in drawers and under the hand washbasin that should not really have been there including dirty cups, candles etc. It did not spoil our stay although it would have been better if they were not there. |

Nice, family run guesthouse. We arrived in Split at 23h30 and couldn't find the house, so one of the staff kindly offered to meet us at the bus station to take us there! |
