清潔で過ごしやすいホテルでした。旧市街、港、バスターミナルまでそれぞれ徒歩１０分以内で行けるので、ス- プリットをベースとした観光には便利だと思います。 ２人で別々にシャワーを浴びたら、お湯の量が足りないせいかお湯がぬるくなってきたのが気になりました。 |

とてもきれいでかわいかった。娘さんは英語が話せる。ユーロで支払いOKだった。 家族経営のアットホームな宿なので支払は現金のみ。宿までの坂道のあと、宿の階段を荷物を持って上がるのは- なかなか大変。場所がわかりにくけど上を見て歩いていると小さな看板「Vrlic」が下がってる。 |

家族経営で、みなさん感じがよく、立地も良かったです。部屋に冷蔵庫があり、スーパーも目の前だったので便- 利でした。看板がなかったのですが、地図と住所の番地、サーモンピンクの建物を探すとすぐ見つかると思いま- す。 |

家族経営のこのゲストハウスは、本当にアットホームで落ち着けるところでした。元気な娘さんと、英語は話せ- ないけど、気持ちの温かいご夫婦が3人でやっていて、緑に囲まれた、とても気持ちの良いゲストハウスでした- 。市街からも比較的近いところにあり、一度場所を覚えてしまえば、問題なく行き来できます。ただ、最初見つ- けるのは少し大変かも･･･。大きな看板などはないので、通り過ぎてしまわないように要注意です。 部屋はきれいで、エアコンも問題なし。シャワーのお湯が物足りないかなと感じました。上にタンクのあるタイ- プで、時間経つとぬる～くなってしまいます。 |

観光に便利な立地ですが、住宅地なので道路に面した部屋でも騒々しくありませんでした。おっとりした老夫婦- と元気な娘さんが運営しているこじんまりした宿です。老夫婦は英語を話しませんので、支払いその他の用件は- 、元気娘さんを見かけた時に済ませておいたほうがいいです。 掃除がイマイチ、湯沸しポットとコーヒーカップがあるのは嬉しいんだけれど、汚れたままでした。 |

This guesthouse was close to Diocletian's Palace and the owner was very helpful in getting us settled and making free parking available nearby. The rooms are small but not cramped and the beds were comfortable. This is a very old building and the bathrooms could use some updating; our shower stall doors were coming off their tracks. |

We stayed in a 3 bed room with kitchenette and bathroom. The room was very cosy, comfortable and clean. The Vrlic family were lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, 2 mins walk to the old historic centre and 5-10 mins walk to the bus station and Ferries to the islands. Hot water in bathroom ran out quite quickly. Only enough hot water for 2 showers at a time. |

Nice place indeed. The owner Bernarda will help you with whatever help you need. She will talk a lot and very fast. I went to pay my room and was invited a home made cherry brandy. Rooms were confortable and location good enough for a short stay. If I go back to Split, I'll stay here again. |

Location, style and friendlyness. Our bathroom was cold with no way of warming it up. Also, when we had a shower the hot water ran out quickly. I'm sure it would be fine in the height of summer but not October. |

The room was very comfortable and the location was excellent, very close to Diocletian's Palace. It is not real easy to find. I had to telephone from the front gate to reach staff. |

Very courteous staff with clean rooms. Easy walk to old towne, port and beaches. Had a public parking space saved for me...just like they said. Excellent overall value |

The Guesthouse is very central and people at the hotel are friendly and very helpful. The room is confortable. It should include a breakfast, although it is always possible to take outside. |

very relaxing and welcoming - nothing too difficult to ask for. very professional in all areas yet totally friendly and homely, and provided great information about area. We totally enjoyed sitting in the garden at night talking to other travellers. Quiet venue, could come and go as we wanted, location in centre of city and close to all amenities. |

Our arrival early in the morning produced a very friendly greeting and great effort was made to ensure out comfort while we waited for our room to be made ready, The room was sympathetically furnished and the apartment was convenient for buses and walking into town. There were some items left in drawers and under the hand washbasin that should not really have been there including dirty cups, candles etc. It did not spoil our stay although it would have been better if they were not there. |

Nice, family run guesthouse. We arrived in Split at 23h30 and couldn't find the house, so one of the staff kindly offered to meet us at the bus station to take us there! |

Very welcoming owners who offered to look after our bags the next day and allow toilet facilities before our final departure later that day, without being asked. Room a bit small but otherwise well equipped. |
