Great breakfasts. The balcony of our room had a good sea view. Cavtat is a wonderful little town. Free use of hotel computer for internet access. Landlady looked after us well.

A bit of a climb from the beach and town centre back to the hotel - but this is Cavtat, after all! No wifi in hotel.

staff were friendly and our room was very comfortable. breakfast was good and varied.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The owners were really warm-hearted and helpful; for an example they gave medicine for inflammated mosquito bites free of charge and had good quality rental mountain bikes delivered straight to the hotel for decent price. Many little details were taken care of way better than ordinarily. We definitely give our recommendations.

Our hosts Zora and Mike were exceptionally friendly and hospitable and we felt treated like family. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean...a real oasis after a hot day in Dubrovnik. Thank you and next time we hope to stay longer!

Zora was a delightful host, nothing was too much trouble for her. Room and bathroom were kept perfectly clean. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and coffee superb. Lovely little touches like beach towels and sun hats provided. Her husband was also very helpful. Nice peaceful location but only 5 - 6 minutes from centre walking down but if you do not like the walk back up there are buses and it is only one stop from the bus station in Cavtat.

Alles. Die Inhaber des Hotels sind sehr gastfreundlich, erfüllen alle Wünsche wenn möglich und sind stets ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren traurig als der Urlaub zu Ende war.

La habitación muy coqueta decorada, con detalles personalizado. El desayuno en un entorno acogedor, la terraza con las vistas y todo el conjunto hace del ambiente muy familiar. Cercania al aeropuerto en minimo 3 minutos, estando a la vez cerca de la playa. Tiene minibar.

La colazione ottima e abbondante. I proprietari sono persone cordiali e disponibilissimi .

Per raggiungere il centro del paese facile la discesa a piedi,altrettanto faticosa la salita. Il parking è insufficiente. Il paese è vicino all'aeroporto (5Km) e gli aerei passano in continuazione .

Värdfolket var trevliga och månade om sina gäster på bästa sätt. God frukost, mycket att välja på. Skön säng, med extrakudde som innehöll dinkelkorn. Mycket skön för nacken.

Si tratta di una piccola struttura (credo una decina di stanze) ben tenuta dai propietari, mirko e zora, che la curano amorevolmente,cosi' come curano I propri ospiti. Le camere sono confortevoli e gradevoli nell' arredamento.la colazione (a buffet) e' varia, abbondante e di buona qualita'. I propietari, fanno di tutto per farti sentire a proprio agio:sempre presenti cercano di venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti per quanto possibile. La struttura e' tranquilla e facilmente rintracciabile.non e molto distante dal centro di cavtat e dal mare(anche se la strada e in salita) ed a qualche chilometro da dubrovnik per cui e' fruibile al meglio se si dispone di un autovettura. Il posto macchina e' disponibile, gratuitamente, all'aperto.. Ci ritornerei volentieri. Bruno ciannelli

Avevamo prenotato due camere doppie con balcone, ma, delle due assegnateci, solo una era con balcone. Il disguido e' stato attribuito ad un' errore di traduzione, che sarebbe stato presente sul sito"booking.com".

Il prezzo pagato è stato superiore a quello concordato con booking in quanto il posto letto supplementare per il bambino di mio cognato di 5 anni, è stato pagato 20 euro a notte e non 9 euro come previsto con booking. Inoltre la connessione internet ci è stata fatta pagare 5 euro e non ha mai funzionato. L'Hotel in pratica si è preso 31 euro più di quanto pattuito con booking. La mia camera matrimoniale mi è stata fatta pagare 200 euro e non 196 euro previsti, quella di mio cognato 236 euro invece dei 214 previsti

Je n ai pas aime kavtat , ambiance de fete foraines et avions atterissant juste au dessus. Je n ai pas aime non plus le fait que l on ne puisse pas annuler au moins partie de son sejour et qu il faille tout regler en liquide. Ayant eu un deuil en cours de vacances il a ete impossible de beneficier de l assurance carte gold puisque cet etablissement en refuse l usage. Adresse non professionnelle.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr net. Es ist sehr empfehlungwert um dort mehrere Tage zu verbringen um sich richtig zu erholen.Viel möglichkeiten um Ausflüge zu machen. Sehr schönes Städchen.

We chose this hotel as it was within walkind distance to Cavtat main town. It was a short walk up & down but so long as you didn't hurry it was fine. We found the lady who owned the hotel very helpful she couldn't do enough for us. She was friendly & was very kind. She didn't speak very good english but then we didn't speak any German but we got there in the end. The hotel was very clean beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good lots of variety, cold buffet and she would could bacon eggs if you wanted this. She asked us every evening what time we would like breakfast we were early risers as we were there just for the weekend and this was not a problem for her. She had bath towels, sun umbrellas, hats & shoes for the water that you could borrow if needed to. Which is great if you were only taking weekend/hand luggage. Would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Sijainti Cavtatissa Dubrovnikin lentokentän läheisyydessä koska meillä oli melko aikainen lento seuraavana aamuna. Yövyimme vain yhden yön ajan. Siihen tarkoitukseen tämä majapaikka oli oiva. Myös läheisyys Cavtatin keskustaan oli hyvä, eli Haus am Meeristä saattoi illalla jalan piipahtaa keskustaan syömään. Keskustaan käveli alamäkeä 5 minuutissa ja illalla 10 minuuttia jyrkää ylämäkeä takaisin. Ihan OK.
