Es una casa con varias habitaciones, no un hotel, estaba limpio y era confortable. Los dueños, el único servicio que había no hablaban inglés ni español, únicamente croata, y no hacían por comunicarse con el cliente. |

Muy buena atencion. Los srs. Perisic son muy amables e intentaron en todo momento hacernos sentir bien. Desayuno correcto en el jardin de la casa. Buena ubicacion para visitar el parque de plitvice. |

Language and communication were a problem. Breakfast was very minimal because we did not know what was available. We were told a three person room was the only thing available yet the b/b was not full and we could not communicate that we only needed a two person room and had to pay too much. |

The house is new. Nice porch where you eat breakfast. The staff did not speak any english - we were lucky we speak russian so we could communicate. We booked double and got a room with extra bed that was extra dirty. Not too close to Plitvice lakes. Hard to find. We wanted to leave after 2 nights instead of 3 and were asked to pay for 3 nights - after long debates we agreed to pay for 2 nigths and 15% for the 3rd night. |

We used this hotel as a base for two nights in order to visit Plitvice national park which is one of the top tourist attractions in Croatia. It was fairly well placed within a 15 minute drive to Plitvice, however you could use it as a stopover if travelling down from North to South of Croatia or vice versa as it is in the middle of the country. We arrived quite late on our arrival night and the owners were OK about this. The owners smoked while we were having breakfast which was not very pleasant as we do not smoke ourselves. |

The family Perisic were fantastic hosts. They shared local information, gave us tips about local areas of interest and recommened a good local restaurant to try local specialties. The rooms were a good size, very clean and the house is brand new. The breakfast was good with the family doing everything they could to make us happy. |

L'hotel era stato scelto perchè tra i servizi vi era l'accettazione di animali domestici; il gestore ha prima cercato di lasciare fuori il cane legato ad una catena, quindi ha accettato che stesse sul balcone ma solo all'esito di antipatiche discussioni |

Tranquillità della posizione. Finestre nuove e ben isolanti dal rumore della vicina strada molto frequentata. Disponibilità dei proprietari a capirsi anche solo a gesti, date le difficoltà linguistiche. Ottima posizione per visitare i laghi di Plitvice (a circa 15 km dall'ingresso dei laghi) Le finestre sono prive di persiane/tende per oscurare e danno a est per cui ci si sveglia forzatamente presto per la luce. Sapevo dai commenti sul sito che era un B&B e non un hotel, ma andrebbe specificato meglio.I proprietari parlano solo croato. |

C'est un hôtel un peu dans le style pension de famille. Nous avons trouvé les propriétaires très chaleureux toujours prêts à rendre service. On se sent bien dans cet hôtel très calme. Nous le recommandons pour des vacances détente. Dans la chambre pour 4 que nous avions, il y a 2 lits doubles et nous avons trouvé qu'un lit double n'est pas adapté aux enfants. Nos enfants se sont chamaillés en dormant dans le même lit. 2 lits simples auraient eté mieux adaptés. La salle de bain manque de tablettes pour ranger les affaires de toilette. |

La struttura nuova Non c'era nessuno all'ora del check in (14.00). Ho aspettato fino alle 15.00 senza che arrivasse nessuno e alla fine ho deciso di andare via per poi rientrare la sera |

Hotel récent, propre, belles prestations, environnement agréable. Les propriétaires ne parlent que Croate. Cette remarque nous l'avons faite en partant. C'est vraiment très important que l'un d'eux aprennel'anglais ou l'allemand. Même si le premier contact paraissait rude, l'accueil fut satisfaisant. |

Erg nette en ruime kamer, met goede douche. Buiten het hotel een mooi grasveld met schommelstoel om te verblijven. Eigenaar / beheerder spreekt geen Duits/Engels, dit is erg lastig communiceren. Ontbijt goed, maar weinig divers. |
