The family Perisic were fantastic hosts. They shared local information, gave us tips about local areas of interest and recommened a good local restaurant to try local specialties. The rooms were a good size, very clean and the house is brand new. The breakfast was good with the family doing everything they could to make us happy. |

Expecially we like householder who was really helpful and friendly. Apartments are new, clean and near to Plitvicka Jezera. Some of them have a kitchen. Great view on mountains. change of the towels on greater, lack of the TV in rooms |

Tout était très bien : construction récente, chambre propre, salle de bain impeccable et accueil chaleureux. Le seul petit hic c'est que personne ne parle anglais, mais le propriétaire maitrise quelques rudiments d'allemand (que nous ne parlons absolument pas). Ceci dit avec les mains on arrive toujours à se comprendre! D'autant que le maître des lieux est très sympathique. Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin à l'hôtel, il s'est levé (exprès) pour nous accueillir et le tout avec sourire et bonne humeur! Le petit déjeuner, à base de pain frais à volonté, beurre, miel et confiture, peut être pris sur la terrasse. Et si vous avez autant de chance que nous, vous aurez peut être droit à du miel maison! Adresse conseillée sans modération! |

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, chambre simple mais confortable et très propre Il aurait été souhaitable de mentionner sur votre site qu'il s'agit d'une chambre d'hôte et non pas d'un hôtel, de plus sur place pas évident à trouver car il faut cherche une maison particulière alors que l'on cherche un hôtel |

Das "Hotel" House Perisic ist nicht im Geringsten ein "Hotel", sondern ein noch nicht ganz fertiggestelltes Privathaus mit Zimmer- bzw. Ferienwohnungs-vermietung. Die Hauseigentümerin war sehr nett und gab sich Mühe, damit wir uns dort wohlfühlten. Wie bereits oben erwähnt, handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel. Das Haus und die Außenanlage sind noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt. Es fehlt noch an einigem, was zu einer Ferienwohnung gehört, z. B. jegliches Geschirr, Stühlen für Balkon u. a. Der Preis ist schlichtweg ein Wucherpreis, für 1/3 des Preises kann man in der Umgebung massenweise gleichwertige Quartiere finden. |

Milan e signora sono gentilissimi e superdisponibili e con un miscuglio di lingue che rasentava l'assurdo ci siamo capiti benissimo, da asciugamani extra a intolleranze alimentari! La generosità di Milan nell'offrire grappa al miele di sua produzione in qualsiasi momento, anche a colazione :-) Ovviamente si scherza, e la "medica" era spettacolare. |

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour la visite du parc national de Plitvice (Et des lacs) pour les raisons suivantes : L'accueil, la propreté, la superbe vue sur la montagne, la localisation à 10 min des lacs, la gentillesse,... Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et le rapport qualité prix est tout simplement imbattable ! |

Die Besitzer bemühen sich, leider sprechen sie praktisch nur kroatisch u. man kann sich weniger gut verständigen. Unser Zimmer war nur sehr spärlich möbliert u. TV gibt es nur in der Wohnküche mit wenig Sendern, da über Zimmerantenne.Bescheidenes Frühstück nur mit abgepackten Produkten.Bei 10grad früh kalt auf der Terrasse beim Frühstück. |

La proximité de la réserve naturelle de Plitvice ainsi que la petite ville de Korenica Sur le site il y'a marqué que les chiens sont admis; après 15 h de routes on a du rester planter plus d'une heure pour que le patron trouve une solution...Pas de frigo ni de radiateurs dans les chambres petit déjeuners à revoir pour le tarif c'est cher |
