Used internet in the hotel visiting center for about 15 minutes, they charges me KN 90. That was a very bad experience and over charged. It is a shame for Hilton hotel for not offering free wi-fi.

Marvellous location for the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Executive Lounge a definite plus. Wonderful views. Indoor pool very good. Staff very friendly. Some might find the lack of an outdoor pool and outside space a disappointment.

U have to get password for wifi every 24hrs n have to login million times once log out and there is no access in rooms! They make it hard for u to gain access to Internet, waste of paper too for getting the password, a pc of a4 size paper just for the password, stupid!

Staff are very frendly, location near old town, excellent view from the room. Small swimming pool without jakuzzi (on the table on the wall was write 27°c, but the water was cold - not more then 23°c). Missing sewing equipment in the room.

The staff were extremely professional, very well trained in their duties, but also very friendly and approachable. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive, catering for all needs. The room was large and airy, carpet a bit worn, but overall very clean. Good bathroom. The hotel's situation viz-a-viz the old town is magnificent. If you are going for a town break there is no other choice. The room rate I had was good. I felt the dinner menu, for a 5 star hotel, was a bit restricted. The food was well cooked but perhaps overpriced.

cant believe they the only hotel in Dubrovnik that has to charge for interent!!! this is like charging to use the electricity or loo paper. for this reason i would use other hotel, interent now essential for life and work. charging is just greed.

The location was perfect with immediate access to old town Dubrovnik and a sense of "off the beaten path, luxury hotel. The ambiance was perfect - a balance of modern and old world charm. The staff was welcoming, exceptional customer service.

Location near the old town.. The room condition has to be renovated,carpet was too old for 5stars hotel.not worth it to pay 350us/night!! I rather pay more money and get better hotel(such as excelsior)
