Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik  

Everything were just astonishing. Hotel is very close (about 2 minutes walk) to old town as well as to bus stop where all lines pass from there. Very strategic location. Excellent air conditioning since I stayed mid July with 38 Degrees outside. Very spacous rooms. The staff was very helpful at every situation. There was a tiny problem initially with the room because they gave me a double room by mistake and I had asked for a twin room and they apologised for their mistake and gave me a new room.

The location is excellent, just a couple minutes walk into the old city's gate.

The staff was not helpful (except for one or two exceptions). Either they ignored us (such as the bell boy), or they tried to almost blame us for what's wrong (it took us four times of complaining about not having hot water in the bath before it was fixed). The food in the restaurant was sub-standard and over-priced. Having said that, the waitress was very helpful, and I was not charged for the dishes I couldn't bring myself to eat (or anyone else for that matter).

Magnificent views of old city of Dubrovnik and surrounds from our balcony. Hotel staff upgraded us to extra large room without even requesting the room. The hotel is within easy access to local buses for inner croatia travelers. The hotel is situated on 100 m from old city

Very good location just outside the Old Town and close to bus stop and taxi rank. Excellent facilities, service, staff and comfort and, being out of season, it offered superb value for money, especially as the rate included a first-rate breakfast.

During my working life i,ve stayed at many of the hilton group hotels arround the world and as I did say to your receptionist while checking out this hotel in dubrovnik is really one of your best in every aspect of our hospitality industry . many thanks catherine b grimes fellow of the institute of hospitality. WLAN coverage in hotel should be better.WLAN preferable also inclusive in room fee.

How close it was to the centre

Great breakfast buffet. Lovely hotel and they did not bug me about the bicycles we kept in our room

More expensive than most of the hotels I choose but the location was perfect and it was high season

Very tasty food, excellent location, extremely friendly personnel, everything was perfect.

Location, location- it's all about proximity to the Old town. The rooms are good, the concierge is rude and the indoor pool isn't spectacular. All in all it's plesant!

Very rude concierge- didn't give us any helpful tips. I also can't believe you charge for parking and the spa is tacky

perfect (best possible) location in Dubrovnik, just next to old city (Stradun); very kind and professional staff; good selection of food for breakfast; huge room and huge bathroom, nicely equipped; nicely mantained; very luxury; if you are visiting Dubrovnik for 1-2 days, to do sightseeing and enjoy the local atmosphere, this is definitelly the best place to stay in!

price of hotel is a little bit to high, however it is great hotel; indeed an early check in shall be allowed and was not possible in our case, there must be some room free before 2pm; coffee could be better;
