la localisation de l hôtel par rapport a la vieille ville de DUBROVNIK est idéal, les prestations sont a la hauteur des attentes, je conseille les soins et massages qui sont très bien et pas très chers.Les petits dejeuners sont delicieux. |

La situation est idéale, à deux cent mètres à pied de la porte des remparts de Dubrovnik. Impossible d'être plus proche ce qui est un plus immense car , sans aucune fatigue , on peut rentrer à l'hôtel un instant, repartir visiter, bref, l'idéal. La façade est splendide et les chambres vastes et très luxueuses.Le service est celui d'un hôtel de grand luxe. Sans oublier le parking privé situé sous l'hôtel, ce qui est un immense privilège à Dubrovnik: pouvoir venir en voiture jusqu'aux portes de la ville et l'y laisser , en toute sécurité, sans aucun souci de parking.Si vous en avez les moyens, n'hésitez pas, c'est la meilleure adresse de la ville. Proche du zéro défaut. |

Good location, right next to the old town. Great staff, couldnt do enough for you. At no stage during the booking process was I made aware that we wouldnt be staying in the actual hotel, but in a separate accomodation block across a square. And of course, we got wet a few times running across to bar/restaurant etc. Not too impressed. |

excellent location. superb staff at all levels.comfatable rooms good choice of breakfast and good service dalmation night buffet very over rated and overpriced very limeted choice in menu which was not shown in advertisment prior to booking. This is not up to the hiltons normal standard and overall very disappointing we would not recommend this evening to anybody. |

There were no sunloungers in the garden, only around the pool in the spa. The lady concierge could not recommend somewhere to eat other than the hotel. |

Its location at the entrance to the old city and close to beaches. We were promised rooms with a view of the sea or the garden, but were given rooms at the back of the hotel with a view of an interior cement courtyard. |

The staff was friendly and the location was good (short walk to old town). Our stay was not enjoyable. The hotel caters to over 65's, our room was on the ground floor and had a view of a hedge, the shower was not good, and the price was insane. |

Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close to Pile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel after getting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly - the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and was very helpful! The charge to use the internet was a little on the expensive side - should consider either lowering the cost. |
