Right next to the seaside in Lapad, surrounded by pine forests, Royal Princess Hotel offers lovely sea views. The property features a restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

Score from 545 reviews Very good
Set on a spectacular cliff above Miramare Bay, the Bellevue offers splendid sea views from all rooms. Dubrovnik's historic quarter is just under 1 mile away.
Score from 316 reviews Wonderful
The location is very worthy, everything is in walking distance, but they should improve the arrival like concierge
Very good location, breakfast!
- personnel - location - breakfast - upper floor rooms
- roomprice - in some rooms everything is quite "roadworn"
Location is great, views from balcony are great from upper floor. Friendly personnel. Tasty breakfast, nice health center with massage and sauna. Very good bed, not too soft but yet comfortable. Balconies are big enough.
Executive lounge was removed from upper floor to ground floor and it was overall kind a poor. Rooms are old-fashioned but not only in a good way, you can easily see marks of use everywhere. Rooms obviously need to be renewed. I'd say a little overpriced rooms.
This hotel is located right next to one of the main entrances to the walled city. It is well appointed and the staff has the usual attitude of large chains like the Hilton. It is more impersonal than some of the great family run hotels I stayed in Croatia, but it worked. It offers what you should expect for a Hilton hotel in a beautiful historic building.
Great location, within a stone's throw of the main Pile gate into the old town. Efficient checking-in - they were aware that we would be arriving early at 11am and the room was ready for us. Upgraded to room with a balcony. Received cakes in the room upon registering with HHonors programme. Good range of choice at buffet breakfast.
Location, friendly and helpful staff at reception.
Breakfast staff were not on the ball. Having just been shown to our table and then gone to the buffet, the staff cleared the table.
They went out of their way to make our stay very special and we will be recommending our friends to stay here when they visit Dubrovnik.
Excellent location - two minutes from the old town. Very efficient staff in all areas - friendly and professional.
Location,staff & comfortable beds
Comfort of bed, good breakfast
Room too small for price. We had King room.
convenience to old town breakfast had good selection nice quiet rooms staff friendly and welcoming
Excellent location. Can't be beat. Wonderful breakfasts.
Spa is minimalist, no amenities and not comfortable for extended stays after checkout.
Location and service
Poor beds for being a 5 star hotel
Perfect location (only steps away from the Pile Gate and Old Town) Free Wifi in Executive Suite (with no connectivity issues whatsoever) Excellent staff (always went above and beyond for my family)
Expensive (but worth the money). Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and our experience at the Hilton.
Hotel located a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Dubrovnik. Staff were very good especially the restaurant staff. The breakfast was fantastic as was the themed evening dining which was very good value for money. Our room was spacious and clean and car parking, although expensive, was convenient in a city that has limited parking. Terrace bar was a great space for relaxing with a drink after a day of crowds in the old town.
Location and customer service
Pool area could have been better
Great concierge service. Most helpful and informative. Location couldn't be better. Right next to Old Town.
We paid a premium for a so called SEA VIEW room. That was a joke. There were 4 windows in our room and the smallest window near the bathroom was the only place you could barely see the sea... if you stuck your hear up high enough to see. Save your money and forget about any SEA VIEW room.
High quality hotel with all the trimmings and a staff to match. Couldn't fault our 5 night stay. Right next to the old town and a 4 minute walk to a stunning little beach. Lovely breakfast. A wonderful stay.
Liked it all.
a very bad smell in the bathroom was to be suffered all stay long
The nearest hotel to the old city, perfect location to see Dubrovnik. Great breakfast. Very friendly english speaking staff. Comfortable beds and nice rooms.
Excellent staff, service, breakfast and location.
Room comfort, value for money, moisture in room
Wonderful staff, who were friendly & helpful. Great location right beside old town gates. Good facilities including pool/spa. Nice food and cocktails.
Not much actually, being very picky...a jacuzzi in the pool area would be a fab addition : )
