バスルームなどの掃除が行き届いていない。前の人の毛や虫などがきちんと掃除されていない。

二泊しましたが、使ったグラスが洗っていなかった。朝食はとても良いしスタッフもとても親切。

payment up front in cash at the arrival; not even asked; not used POS card system in order to block the money during our stay;

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent, with great views from our balcony over the water. Hotel has two pools and its own beach area. We had the half board package which included an excellent buffet dinner and buffet breakfast. Good air conditioning in room and it was very quiet for sleeping.

Food was a big disapiontment . Very little choice and dried out and over cooked

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL: Upon arrival the staff rudely dismissed our booking, they could not find it in their computer. We had to accept a 30% raise in room price or go to another hotel. Thanks to the excellent customer service of booking.com, the following day we were informed that the booking was ok, the hotel had made a mistake. But no word of an apology from the staff!!

Furthermore during the first night there was an ongoing wedding party in the hotel, resulting in an overcrowded parking and loud music and people until 3am! As noted in a comment of another hotel guest below, the hotel feels like it is stuck in the communist era. the bathroom was in poor shape.

I stayed B & B and found the service excellent. The a la carte restaurant is very good and staff attentive.

Smoking should be taken outside.

Great views from the room. Comfortable bed. Quiet , peaceful location. sufficient parking. modern appearance. Good WiFi connection

No WiFi connection in guest rooms. Room lighting was dim

i liked just the view from the room..also some staff are very nice and helpfull.. nothing else..

I didnt like so many things that it would be too much to writte them all..But the hotel looks like it is stuck in the time of comunism. The furniture is old and demaged, the bathroom is a mess, shower is not working, everything in it is semiworking, or broken, or old, the balcony walls are old and demaged from the time and moisture, the paving has different colour, windows are also old and broken.

The swimming pool itself is quite good, we loved the see water. However the access as well as the basic services related to it are poor and should be improved.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful place .The staff were always polite and friendly .There was a good choice of food in the resturant and the chef even went out of his way to cook my daughter and myself something that was not on the menu .We will certainly be returning again
