Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ruim hotel. Fijn binnenzwembad. Mooie ligging. Alhoewel de ligging van het hotel mooi is ligt het wel vrij ver van het centrum af. |

ontbijd was goed somige dingen waren wat veroudert zoals de kleed\douchecabines bij het zwembad avond eten niet zo goed erg eenzijdig niet zo lekker het meeste eten was te lang warm gehouden daardoor niet zo smakelijk. |

Great location - both swimming pools were very nice and the ocean was great for swimming - very good views from the hotel balcony. Hotel was a bit outdated, but kind of contributed to the charm of the place - was a nice change from the typical corporate tourist resorts that you find everywhere else in the world. Stay away from the dinner buffet |

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent, with great views from our balcony over the water. Hotel has two pools and its own beach area. We had the half board package which included an excellent buffet dinner and buffet breakfast. Good air conditioning in room and it was very quiet for sleeping. |

After reading previous negative reviews on here i was very surprised. The hotel was fantastic, great service, very clean and only positives from me on this place.I am going back to Pula in 3 weeks and will be staying here again. Everything was super and i would recomend this place time and time again. Well done !! Nothing negative at all. |

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL: Upon arrival the staff rudely dismissed our booking, they could not find it in their computer. We had to accept a 30% raise in room price or go to another hotel. Thanks to the excellent customer service of booking.com, the following day we were informed that the booking was ok, the hotel had made a mistake. But no word of an apology from the staff!! Furthermore during the first night there was an ongoing wedding party in the hotel, resulting in an overcrowded parking and loud music and people until 3am! As noted in a comment of another hotel guest below, the hotel feels like it is stuck in the communist era. the bathroom was in poor shape. |

Magnificent sea views - was given a room at the end of a corridor and was just what I wanted - nice and guiet The food - far too much oil used in the cooking and all the dishes on the hot cabinet where you were served, were swimming in oil. The main entrance and Reception area need updating and made to look more welcoming. |

I stayed B & B and found the service excellent. The a la carte restaurant is very good and staff attentive. Smoking should be taken outside. |

i liked just the view from the room..also some staff are very nice and helpfull.. nothing else.. I didnt like so many things that it would be too much to writte them all..But the hotel looks like it is stuck in the time of comunism. The furniture is old and demaged, the bathroom is a mess, shower is not working, everything in it is semiworking, or broken, or old, the balcony walls are old and demaged from the time and moisture, the paving has different colour, windows are also old and broken. |

We loved the casino and night club, but, the music selection should be more varied. The 2 restaurants were very nice but some of the food were leftovers from the meal or day before. Massage was great too but would love a jacuzzi. Please do not serve leftovers in breakfast or dinner buffet. |
